Dammit man, 425paused atg squat... I hope I get there once... I do paused atg squats all the time (it's like the only exercise I do), and my max is only 330.
What's your standing vertical?
Also you seem experienced, so I have a little question, I lift at home with sawhorses. When doing atg squats I either leave the weight on the sawhorses, go under it and squat it, or I get under it, straighten my back to lift it an inch off the sawhorses and then lift it (I call this paused).
I am not sure what my standing vertical is...but close to 40 inches.
What you described isn't really a paused squat...it's a pin squat. There is a big difference between holding the weight in a pause and resting it on a pin/rack/sawhorse. Both are good for static strength and exploding out of the hole, but you should try and do both.

i currt do 345 3 times and really want to get to 400 when might you think i will get there just wonderin what you think ive been asking every one i know who lifts lol thanx oh and diet is on point takin in all the stuff i need no weak days for the most part lol
Who knows bro - that's up to you to decide. Some people could get there in a month or two and others might never get there...it just depends on you my friend. Good luck.
Thought about it.......but I need to get a lot stronger first. Especially now that I added bodyweight due to training squats and deads consistently. I would have been a decent 198 when I was around 205...but now I am up to 225 lbs! I have to be much stronger at this size.
Thanks man. No, I haven't tried the 20-rep squat routine because I am not really interested in training for squat endurance and if I train for reps above 2 or 3 my legs will blow up in size. It's crazy....not to mention the muscle soreness that comes from doing higher rep leg workouts.
This way my legs are hardly sore the next day and I am good to go in 3 days. Training higher reps I would be sore for at least a week.
@BRETZERR Yeah, it would probably be counterproductive to do 20-rep squats while you're also pushing your deadlift and playing basketball. It's like doing Smolov while trying to increase your deadlift (or anything for that matter; from what I heard, Smolov's a bitch, lol).
