I think the news man for some reason had unedited radar results, and was not sure how to respond (maybe he was new??). recently when i decided to start moving forward with chemtrail videos i did not think of negative opinion/s of others. I am new at all this spread the word stuff so keep the feedback coming and i can make a better videos.
I think its all a joke. like an April 1 Joke.
The weatherman seems very sincere, perhaps his technical people told him this as a joke.
