regretably, the worst antoine doinel movie. "l'amour en fuite" is a little bit tacky, sometimes feels like a cheap melodrama. it's great to see the same actors though.

I like Truffaut's idea of using the same actors in the whole series that makes it possible to reuse parts of older films in flash backs.

La fin du cycle Doinel est excellente.

Je veux dire, il embrasse Sabine et on voit, quand la caméra fait un panoramique vers la droite, l'image qui représente son enfance.

Ça résume le tout, le personnage, son histoire, tout. C'est vraiment une conclusion JUSTE.
