I think I may have the same doll as you, the blonde haired one.

I got my doll from my dad's friend, so I have no idea about which one it is.

I did some research, and know they don't sell her anymore, and all her things that she came with read "American Girl Today" and had black tags with colored writing.

I named her Noelle.

Her hair needed tons of work, and her skin was dirty, but now even her eyes look bluer.

I have a question for you. My doll, Kaya's hair is really frizzy and rough. Do you think a brysh would make it smooth again or do I need to get her a new wig?

oh. I also have her. Her hair is even worse than kirsten's! Well, i'm not exactly sure what you mean by getting her a wig (cuz i didnt know that american girl dolls could wear some lol) but the brush... well... it depends. You'd have to spend a LOT of time on it... maybe 1 - 2 hours, spraying her hair with water constantly, and brushing her hair. But when you do this, a LOT of her hair comes out.

What i suggest is taking her to the american girl place and take her in the salon area. You can pay for ppl to fix her hair for you! My friend did that with her kirsten. Her hair is REALLY smooth now! And she's able to keep it under control (but keep in mind that she has to still spray it when she brushes, [yet it doesnt take as long] and when she had kirsten's hair done at the salon, some of kirsten's hair DID come out still, and she has less bangs.)

Lol! I tried brushing her once and making her braids. Then the next day, the carpet had SO much hair on it! I took all the hair on the carpet and flushed it down the toilet. I hope the toilet doesn't get clogged 0_o
