@blackoil911 It's not 50km/h, but 50 miles/h, which means a speed of 80.5km/h.

It may not look very fast, but believe me, when the point of impact is so small like the column, it's more than enough to cause extremely serious injuries or even death to all the passengers. This type of crash happens a lot in tree zones. The effect is the same as the column, and i know of two people that died in a 60km/h crash into a tree.

@blackoil911 First of all, i never said he was telling the truth. I know the driver was obviously at a much higher speed. I just started to correct the guy that said 50km/h, when in fact, the person in the video said 50 mph. After that, i said that if the impact was at 50 mph, it would be enough to cause serious damage. That's physics, and obviously you don't know pretty much about it.

I have never seen a highway that has large concrete collumns right next to the driving lane, that is just stupid! I will bet that a lot of people have died from crashes in this tunnel.

This is bullshit as far as the pictures that were taken right in front of the car a second before the crash, sure alcohol, no seat belts and speed are factors, but the driver was also blinded by the flash.
