@FloatFishnConnection naw... thats nothing... we have some trees we need to tie off up high and guide to were we want them to fall... we do that when we are dropping trees around the cabin...
for this one the canopy was wide open (notice grass to the left and all the branches that fell we off the dead hemlock... his only mistake was keeping the saw in a second or two to long...
you should make a camo tree stand that would be a nice addition. cool setup though.

@quebecker826 that is where the three trunks the tree originally had forked... no other real choice...

That was a scary felling of a tree. Thank G_d it didn't meet resistance up high and kick out on your Father-in-law! Pheewwwww!
