@Headshothorror4488 what the fuck are you talking about you cant even speak english it seemed to be tuned fine sounded good and was pounden pigment, and you dont neccisarily have to be able to draw to tattoo really if you use stencils you have to be able to trace, and being 14 she might need to do some research on the trade, but it looks great

Yeah your SUPPOSED to have a license. Look, tattooing didnt start in shops. It started in docking ports and shit like that in the 1800's. Its a hand-me-down form of art that if taken the precautionary measures, can be beautiful and safe.
They say its illegal I think mainly because of infections and underaged subjects getting tattooed.
