  • I can hear their screams. Anyway, being a yankee I've never had crawdads. Do you ever eat them with sauce or butter or do you always eat them straight like that?

  • i absolutely enjoyed that video. I never understood about cooking crawfish but you explained it very well. I like the way you cooked up the fish also. just like wrapping in in a primitive aluminum foil! just keeps the meat from burning, great idea. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and putting up a sensible video that people can enjoy and learn!

  • Now I can properly prepare the coltsfoot leaves I bought, I have a pound of them, and heard that once you start using coltsfoot ash you wouldn't want to go back to normal salt.
