Great vid. Shows how hard you have to train to get bigger. I see guys in the gym all the time doing these yawner workouts and wonder how they think this will change their bodies. You can see the muscle maturity that the older guy has which can only be developed through years of training. Awesome!

I think it'd be fairest to say this is the beauty of one extreme, the muscular, because the male body can be just as beautiful when the guy is on the thin thin side.
