When you don't have a local airsoft field in your area and play private games is why some people upgrade their guns that high. Out in my area the only awesome airsoft facility is about 6hrs away from me driving distance. We like having our guns fully upgraded. I think you have an awesome gun asiaRsoft!! Ok, 600 FPS isn't impossible. Actualy its quite easy, but its a bad thing to do. It's to fast for the bb's so they fly everywhere, and its almost impossible to get into a field with that FPS.

@epicfail199 it is a high-cap (capacity) magizine and their is a little circle like thing on the bottom that u wind up to shoot, because it is high cap only so many fit in the spring but the mag stores more so when the spring unloads all the ones on top of it, u wind it back down so more can fit without changing a mag or having to carry like 5 because they normally hold about 3x the amount of a mid-cap mag of the same gun

It matters mostly on the quality of the internals and bb weight, not fps. A well supplied internal gun with 280 fps (tokyo marui) can fire at ranges of 100-150 feet with no problem.

You also have to take into effect, for how high your FPS is, the farther you have to be from a player to shoot him (basic field rules) so...cont...

Ok, this is how you use this gun at a field... if you use a .36 gram bb you will be shooting around 480fps, thus you will be under 500 fps which is what most snipers are limited to. ( +.05 gram bb = -40 fps)

@rafaelatzisofia I have a WA M4. One of my bolt-carrier-groups is the RA-Tech NPAS. The other is a steel carrier with Airsoft Surgeon nozzle. The second one will get over 700+ fps with red gas and high flow valve magazine. I have the RA-Tech set on low power, so even with all the other upgrades, it only shoots around the 350 fps range. I can go from plinking to tourney in about 15 seconds.

@rafaelatzisofia This is a airsofters goal to get there gun shooting this high, the heavier the bb the greater accuracy it is, but a heavier bb will lower your fps, so if your fps is this high, using a bb, say .36gram will lower the fps to around 450, so in that case his gun will shoot 200feet with pin point accuracy

It's nowhere near kosher on any field, and your friends wouldn't be too happy about being shot with it either. I want to upgrade a gun to this kind of ridiculous FPS. I might get a JG M16 and upgrade for max FPS. Rate of fire doesn't really matter if you can get ridiculously high FPS. 1 hit is all you need at 600+ FPS.
