aww, shes so cute :3 its awsome how young birds get attatched to people real fast, is it a girl? its hard to tell what gender it is when its young. i had one that we thought was a boy, for like two years it acted and looked like a girl. then died thanks to a cold and we found out it was a boy Oo

Actually, with albinos/lutinos/creaminos, the colour of the cere is always beige/brown.

It's a bit confusing with the -inos, but a bird is an -ino ONLY if it has red eyes. This bird here is not an albino.

That bird's a girl! The colored part above its beak is pink. If it was a boy, it would be blue. It's not that, in general, pink is for girls and blue is for boys; I looked it up online and everything there said that the pink spot it a female, and the blue spot is a male.

actually.. I noticed females have a solid white cere when young and males have a purple one that turns into blue and the white ceres almost look blue which confuses you til it gets crusty and brown all of a sudden which is a female

Just thought you might like to know, your "he" is a "she". I have a parakeet who looks identical to Miracle, and at her first visit to the Avian Veterinarian, she was proclaimed a FEMALE. The good thing here is that Miracle is a great unisex name....
