  • I am thinking about ordering this program. Anyone who is skeptical about "hurting themselves" after, use protein. Whey/Casein protein after any workout will reduce pain in the muscles. I am getting that T-Shirt though lol

  • This looks like a recipe for injury. Workout "insanely" for a couple weeks and then spend months recovering from torn ligaments, cartiledge, etc.

    Injury risk comes with every kind of workout or sports.

  • honestly not at first, because i didnt stick to it. u need like mad will power, but now im almost done woith the program. and yea its workn, im 100% better at every physical activity im doin :D If u wanna get in shape u should try it.

  • Probably the best workout program I've ever done. I'm going to start month 2 soon and I'm nervous about it, but I'm excited for it. After trying the Insanity NOTHING compares to this. NOTHING. Dig deeper as Shaun says.

  • @bioschock You can certainly physically do it assuming you aren't in EXTREMELY bad shape.  However, it is a VERY hard program and requires a TON of motivation to fight through the pain.

  • It's amazing how you don't do any crunches with Insanity but he teaches you to move with your core. I feel it directly in my stomach area and crunches never felt like this. Insanity is incredible but haaaard.

    They are in order but how would it add up to 60 days :S?

  • this is an extreme workout if u prefer using weights there is P90X not saying u should do P90X instead but both Insanity and P90X are such good workouts

  • if u never try, u'll never get ! all training is good, not just this one, but what we need to know is that training need to be an "all-week" activity, not just for 60 days.
