Yea ... The key change is pretty hardcore tbh. When I'm really warmed up, I can sing it half a tone lower than the original. But it's hard as hell, and one must always be careful not to stretch and hurt oneself.

i totally feel ya man, i can sing it on tone but only about 3 times before i am just about done singing entirely, my band and i play some of these songs and we want to save this for last, but we always do it first just so i can sing it properly.

well it appears to be that Tommy is actually Tom Keifer, who was the leadsinger of 'Cindarella'.. an 80's band. he was a good friend of Jon. And it seems that he used to have a girlfriend called Gina. the story Jon sings about them is real though.. they were poor and hardly getting through live..

so that's who they are i guess..
