Their Hebrew is good and they certainly sing with a Jewish spirit, so I assumed they were Israeli. As for the church choir clothes, well, this is common in the black Jewish community, from what I am told. They take cultural elements from those that look like them and use it in their own way. FWIW, in the USA, you sometimes see Jewish choirs like this as well.
