That was the U.N. summary, which was written by bureaucrats, and has already undergone several major revisions to their projections because they couldn't add 1+1.
The official report comes out later after it has been changed to match the summary, as per U.N. procedural guidelines. Dilbert management style at is greatest.
That's why so many scientists are fighting to get their names taken off the thing.

I agree, this is stupid.
You don't have to believe in global warming, but pollution is REAL. It causes diseases and increases the risks of cancer.
