has anything supernatural ever occurred when you conjured up demons and such. i'm interested in learning about your supernatural experiences. i mean how can you believe so strongly in something without any physical evidence that it is real ya know. ok ay that's all.
Its usually the skeptics that seek to 'prove' whether anything is real or not.
Contrast that with the practitioners who don't really care about proving something to a skeptic. we do what we do because we like it, and it works for us.
that's like the story of the elephant. The story goes a wise man(could be a king I don't really remember)asked a group of blind men to come in to his tent and feel this elephant and describe what they experienced. The moral of the story is that we each experience the universe from our own point of view and that we all don't experience it in its totality.
5stars...you are very very smart...i enjoy your videos ...you are very beautiful...sexy and enchanting...this is america I defend you religious freedom to the death! I was in charge of 14 tanks in the army. blessed be priestess!
Like the act of observing any solid 3 dimensional object, it is impossible to see all that can be seen of that object, in one glance. Maybe the same concept can be applied to the truth. No single thought can encapsulate the truth. Maybe it doesn't matter how many times you review each individual angle (truth) it will always be a limited view through it's perspective.
Although I am a follower of The teachings of Jesus, I find your openmindednes and freethinking a beautiful thing. Always remember Jesus loves you. But I truly believe in the right to free will and everyone has the right to woriship who are what they choose or not. peace!!
the term "hypocritical self-deceit" makes me think of some religious philosophies that say, "I'm right; you're wrong NO MATTER WHAT..." Ignoring other points of view and facts about any given subject; but ESPECIALLY when it comes to religious doctrine, dogma, and philosophy. Not even examining why they believe certain things; just believing things because they were told to by someone in "authority". And then in turn forcing others into these belief systems.
@VenusSatanas and to add to my previous comment: another facet of hypocritical self-deceit is that the Christian mythos is based on earlier astrotheology/mythology (of Egypt, Sumeria, India, etc.) and yet they label these earlier myths as false, or "devil-worship" and these older cultures as "godless heathens" and it's the exact same thing---only the names have changed. (sanitized for your protection, of course)
first your doing the something "YOUR RIGHT EVERYONE ELSE IS WRONG" I've herd what you posted many times before. so therefor it isn't you idea, you gathered this information and formed your own opinion on what you've heard.
and sweetie it's called FAITH....I'll leave you with this. " i would rather live my life as if there is a GOD and die to only find out there isn't......then to live my life as if there's no GOD and die to find out there is"
Alright, jazmin, what's interesting to me in this little paragraph you've constructed is how you call having an opinion a bad thing. I think the only good type of christian would be the ones who have heard all sorts of differant types of christianity and took what they needed to get them through the day, at least they are being honest with themselves and not just "going with whatever the church says."
No man can agree with another man completely (or woman agreeing with woman, ect.) It's physically impossible. We throw out the things which we disagree with after reading them through, because we have a logical reason to. If a catholic did everything that the church said, both women and african americans would be treated as slaves. I thank venus for using her head instead of just reading it and agreeing. and yes, why should religion be based on control? It should be a tool to help, not hurt you.
I really enjoyed this video, as a satanist myself, I have been as true to myself as I can be, but i never really linked undefiled wisdom with it, this video is very eye opening, and I'm glad you posted it.
I don't think the true self has motives what so ever other than the intent to be. But there are lesser degrees of self which deal with character in action. I think the problem with sticking to your character is that we start to believe there is indeed a locked personality and we become prisoners not only to the social system but to our selves. It breeds a clock-work mentality, cock-sureness, and we view the world as exhausted. And at this dastardly point receiving beauty is very rare.
I can understand Venus's point, other facets of learning teaches us to stop the mind, or ego..in order to effectively develop a subjective synthesis, to recognize what is defiled and what is not, whether it is a God perspective or a Satanic one, it is all wisdom.spiritual babies need milk in order to grow.
According to the set apart as in Holy, book as in Bible, we aren't to rely on our own Wisdom but instead the Wisdom of God. That topic of Wisdom and Folly as described in the Book of Wisdom often referred to as the Book of Proverbs, is enough to cause a person to believe the organized form of, the Christian Church to be a group of fools. May those Ministers in the Pulpit often enjoy the path to Hell, known as Strange-Women. What's meant by the Greater-Damnation earned by those deceivers?
egg-zactly. Its what Nietzsche called the Will-To-Power. He said it drives all decisions. It is the ideal then to deny one's will by denying the body of pleasures for a period, and breaking the spell. By breaking ones ego, shattering it completely. Your thoughts?
3/3) How can it be truly defined by the word "self"? It seems that a better definition might be "our others". Self deception may just be one of "our others" believing in something but the rest of them wont believe. It seems that I have way too many "others" for them to ever get along. Interesting cool vid as always.
2/3) My conclusion at this point is to embrace a lie that feels right because the only true thing seems to be the past and even that can be in question. I think being content and confident in one's own life is probably best achieved by that internal guide, but, that guide has been created wholly by external factors.
1/3) It seems the only way to have a self is to lie it into existence, or, let ignorance create it. The more subtle, or clever, the lie the quicker we embrace it. I've spent so much time contemplation how the self can exist without self deception or ignorance. Of course the self does exist when the self is not deceived or ignorant, but, the self is in a state of confusion if it questions.
To me, undefiled wisdom is that wich is not tainted by self deceit nor any sort of falsehood. As such, undefiled wisdom can take a lifetime to realize. Thank you for this video. ;) It's a gem in the rough.
The only unfortunate thing about wisdom is that it can only be ascertained through time and experience. Truth? What is truth?
If truth is relative to the individual what good is it at all. If we can't benefit from our predecessors, (from there knowledge and insight then we are all hopelessly lost).
no :) The origin of *self* is the soul :) Not the body. The soul can choose between carnal wants/desires or, what is best.......above the mind, which is carnal (what I want now)....see? :)
I know this is off topic Venus Satanas but can you please tell me the name of the other Satanic bible?
I saw it on amazon about a year ago and never thought it would be the last time I did.
It was much more expensive than the Laveyan bible which gives me the idea that there is alot more in it.

This statement seems to represent the rational soul of Manly P Hall. This is interesting since he and Lavey wouldnt have agreed on much else.

Without being born into a body a person can not have a soul, or a consious existence [self]. There is the mind, the body, and the soul.
VenusSatanas 3 years ago
true but which shall be in control? :) The spirit isa greatest of the 3 :)
Mystwicca 3 years ago
self (online dictionary)
1.The total, essential, or particular being of a person; the individual:
2.The essential qualities distinguishing one person from another; individuality:
3.One's consciousness of one's own being or identity; the ego

VenusSatanas 3 years ago
Die to self! I agree with K3n3sis on this one :) The self is flesh and carnal, detrimental :)
Mystwicca 3 years ago
actually, the "flesh" is the body, the origin of self

If you didnt have the self you would have no identity. How beneficial would that be in understanding *who you are*?

Ha Ha, VS never argue with an idiot...
There may be room here for a sincere discussion about how we all define self, ego, soul, spirit, etc, but thats not happening is it?
I like your points about hypocrisy and self-deceit. Very true. I think they apply universally.
