There were the odd elements of "thrash" in a minority of their songs but for the most part it was hair metal. They even grew their hair and started posing on stage in true awfull 80s metal style, what a disgrace. They wised up with freedumb years later.

You've got to look how old this song is. back in the day many of our favorite old school bands didn't have very well produced albums, making their sound not as heavy as today. That's why this cover sounds more thicker vocally and musically. I do give HB credit tho, but no one will come close to Mike Muir's version!
