  • @rojavaroj good for you iam iraian and sure as hill dont want to be an Arab-Preast Musim. dont want a forced belaf which was forced on us by bunch of dumb ass arabs out of the southern disert

  • @rojavaroj . No matter what faith you have. I beleive human approach between all population of the world is essential key to improve differences crated by different religion that are used as a tool by superpowers to control the world in the way they want. Enjoy beuatiful music of Kamkaran & think like Khayam

  • @rojavaroj I am kurd also, but Islam is my deen.. .and united we stand as muslims... wal asr ina insana lafi khosr... illal ladhina amanu wa amilue Sala Hati wa tawa Sau bil-Haqqi wa tawa Sau bi Sabr (Holy Quran Surah 103)

english meaning may mean.... mankind is lost accept those who stay united... in beliefe of the Haqq..... please read the quran...and be: ya qumma ya tafa karoon

  • @rojavaroj

    Well! You said it all!

Kurds are Pure Iranians, the followers of ZOROASTER! We are the history!

    We are the truth!

  • kurds are pure iranians? wtf? you got it wrong buddy, Kurdistan was a country unto its own with its own kings and queens. It became a part of Iran because Cryus, whose mother was Kurdish and whose father was Iranian, united the two. We are NOT pure Iranians you dumbass. Next thing, Zoraster HID in Kurdistan because the Persians were trying to kill him. We had a religion that predated Zorastianism as you can tell rom the ruins in Kurdish areas that the Iraqis and Iranians take credit for.

  • @maymonk I am trying my best not to fall off my chair laughing at you. You write this trash and you call other people ignorant idiots. But then again, you did choose a name which means monkey for yourself. So not really surprising. Now go and get a scholarly education and learn to think properly instead of monkeying every hypernationalist "intellectual" you cum across.

  • @Bisotun I am completing my graduate studies genius Since you are so smart,&you deny the statements that I have made,I urge you to contradict what I have said; However, if you are interested in the truth&not the falsehood that the Iranian government feeds it's people in order to keeps it's Kurdish minority oppressed, then look up the writings of a certain Kurdish professor who basically works for Harvard in uncovering true Kurdish history instead of giving credit to Iran&IRaq.

  • @Bisotun Look up archaeological digs like the Shanidar caves, for example, those are located in Kurdistan yet the Iraqis are given credit. Look up the cradle of civilization, it comprises of a large area of Kurdistan which is in its center. You claim that Im lacking a scholarly education when I guarantee that Im a 100x more educated than you and I can certainly spell "come". Lastly, read up on actual Kurdish history, we fought Alexander, We fought teh Spartans and thats just a couple examples.

  • @Bisotun Lastly, you cant even contradict me.You give me some solid facts as to why I am wrong and I will take you seriously but I know I am right and you are wrong.I hope you fall off your chair, and hopefully break something. While Im getting a scholarly education, you can go on driving your taxicab you idiot, and If you reply, know that I take grammar very seriously so learn how to write proper sentences as well please.

  • @maymonk Your first line to me was that "Iran" is an Arabic word. All I need to say is that, truly, YOU'RE the "ignorant idiot". Oh the brutal irony. Goodbye and I hope sense (or at least some real history book) finds you one day and cleanses your poisoned mind.

  • @rojavaroj why this musician take to hardscarpe? they are kurd and muslim

  • @rojavaroj I agree with you but can you answer one question My Dear Kurd brother. Where from did your fore-fathers come to Kurdistan. Has Kurdistan existed forever? or it has emerged out of some other parent tribes. if that is the case why why dont you ref yourself to that parent tribe? Please answer this question my dear brother and prove to me that Kurd are the most humble, honest, and truithful people and always deal with people asking questions with respect. ( Kurds are great.. I agree)

  • @rojavaroj You dont have any religion? This is sad. I feel sorry for you.

  • This is marvelous, out of heaven. Afrain. We are proud of you being OUR Kurds, for being our Iranian, for being part of us all, for contributing so profoundly to our common culture, for being part of us all as we are non but you as you are us too.

  • Excellent!

"Payandeh va sarfarAz IRAN va Irani!"

    "Chashmeh doshmanAneh Iranzamin koor!"

  • The british fabricated ahab sheikdom shits are the vey bastards that financed saddam's aggression against Iran!

They are responsible for the death of one million Iranians!

It was great to watch the coward hero of these dogs, saddam, flushed out of his rathole and hanged like the mad dog that he was!

  • ahab facts:

    binladin is an arab!

wahabism has come out of arabia!

algaida is an arab criminal terrorist organization!

algaida is financed by shiekdoms of uae, kuwait, qatar, and saudi arabia!

  • I love the sound of Kamanche.

  • Guys! Kurds! Persians! Arabs! Turks! Whoever is there!! Dont get into politics!!! I wish that one time I would see someone commenting on an instrument..showing an attachment to a certain tune in the music being played..but no politics for Gods sake! Ji bu Xwede! Bishan Allah shabab!!!

  • ...this resulted in various rebellions which were crushed by military power instead of negotiations and compromises. This is what led Kurds to want to secede and get independency. Unfortunately the world is not utopia and minorities usually get oppressed, thats why Kurds want to run their own affairs no because we dont like to live side by side other people in one land, especially with persians sinds we have parallel cultures.. after all we arepractically cousins.

  • One simple answer to some who came here and play the game of pan-kurds: The very fact that the kamkars sing in Persian and kurdish proves how perfectly Iranian they are.

According to Ghasemloo (the leader of Kurds): not everybody is IRANIAN as much as KURDS are.

When the most prominant kurdish artists and politician say such things... I think we should accept that all kurds all over the whole planet are IRANIAN and only IRANIAN.

  • I normally avoid getting into this kind of discussion, simply because this is not the appropriate channel and I merely come here enjoy the music, but I feel compelled to clarify something. Im not against the idea of Kurds being part of a greater Iran, but the reality is different. Let me elaborate; Now, first of all just because Kamkars sing in Persian doesnt make them Persians. A lot of Kurds sing in Arabic and Turkish as well, does that make them part of both those ethnic groups too?

  • @Xshathrapava WTF?? so kurds in Iraq are Iraqis and Kurds in Turkey are Turks??

Thats what the Turkish government days, that Kurds were originally Turks so they should go back to their roots. then we have dumb f**ks like you saying Kurds are Iranian. Understand something you dumb retard, Kurdistan predates Iran,Iraq and Turkey. The archaeological digs that Iran and Iraq takes credit for come from Kurdish territory. Look at the cradle of civilization.IT consists mostly of Kurdistan.

  • durud bar ironiyon az tojikon

  • "Dorood bar IRAN va Irani",

Iranians have always referred to their homeland as "Iran". This is obvious in mass of Iranian literature such as Ferdosi's masterwork the magnificent "Shahnameh", the pahlavi sources, and so forth.

However, Iran was referred to as Persia in the west and in most non-Iranian text such as the bible. The terms Iran and Persia refer to the same noble nation and people.

    "Payandeh IRAN!"

  • Very interesting, thanks.

  • From which countries do these musicians come from?

  • they are Kurds from Kurdistan. however they live in the part of Kurdistan occupied by Iranian republic. many scholars see this as an important factor in the quality and indeed the style of their music because they ultimately seeking freedom of Kurdistan through music and cultural recognition. they sing in farsi here not Kurdish but have many Kurdish clips search for (kamkaran Nobel peace) on youtube brill music there!

  • tahala nashnideh bodim ke kurdestan eshghal shodeh jalebeh.misheh beframaieen chand sale pish in eshghal etefagh oftadeh????

  • Dear Rezasyd, Whether you are a kurd or Persian is not important. Both are the same, with our language, culture, history and let us be the same in our future. I am a Kurd from the part of Kurdistan occupied by Iraq. I still feel myself Iranian; because Iran is the land of my culture and history. Yet Kurds from Kurdistan have the right to feel that their country is occupied because their country is divided without their will and given to a country without asking kurds.

  • hahahaha, Kurdistan has been occupied by iran?? where did u get such noble infomation from?

  • the post colonial era stand and preventing Kurds from interring the nation state era by all our neighbouring states including Iran is what i mean. by doing so dividing Kurdistan into parts(Treaty of Sèvres) and occupying them fist in the name of sicking imperial idea of racial superiority then under even worse excuse of national security and state unity! suppression of Kurdistan by iran from smko to mhabad and Algiers Agreement are some example of you states brutal stand against our freedom.

    english or kurdish

  • Kamkars are great, but they better stick to their wonderful kurdish music.

  • we are all one!

  • the kamkaran need a good singer badly. they have not really adopted to the times. typical kurdish or iranians. they insist on being a family group. what a coup would it be if they add a great singer like Hani who is from Snah. it wou;d give the groups a new life.

  • hevalan try liking others .you will feel better.if i was a kurd i would be proud of that.but i will not hate others.how do you know you dont have iranian or turkish in your family or other kurdish families., im not your enemy.you hate turks for killing some kurds, how do you think a turk feels about kurds who killed his son.kurds arabs iranians and turks share an area/and we are one family.governments make miatakes let us correct them .may ALLAH BLESS YOU and the KURDS

  • you can not compare centuries of tortue and killing our nation's culture, language, music and existence by Turkish governments with support of the nation's majority to the death of soldiers from both turkish and PKK side! we don't hate, we protect. it is just the protection of our nationality is terrorism to some and anti-Islam to others. we can not be racist mate as we know how it fells to be hated for being you. god bless all whatever their religious believe.

  • My brother iam a very optimistic person. I believe we will be(OK)i agree that we have problims and even(BAD BLOOD).i believe that kurds suffered enough..and they should be treared with respect and as a part of the (MAJORITY)leaders on all sides are making mistakes.and we are paying for them.i have faith in humanity and i hope we will one day look back at this mayhem as part of a dark period of our history.may ALLAH bleass all of us.SALAM and i wish you and your family a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

  • oh really . we kurds hear this alway from

our enemies/ enlighten us and tell us who is playing us and who is playing you since you are as backward as ever aga

  • Hevalan,

    You said it all!

The turks who have been a chess piece by their American master talking about Chess! Not realizing who even invented CHESS!

Shame on them and Love to you my Brother for standing to your CULTURE!

  • Warts and all, this is gorgeous. Perfection is a disease...

  • You are right, but unfortunately women are not allowed to sing within the stupid Islamic Reuplic! of Iran.

  • So what are the women doing in this video if they aren't allowed to sing in Iran?

  • the rule states that women are not allowed to sing.

Now what the great lawyers have done is to rip apart the legislation and interpret as it's not officially singing, if she is within the chorus of man's singing.

hence the courts have unofficially approved it. Thus the ratio of the holding is that no women can sing alone without the sound of a man to overbear hers.

  • drawyou... just shut up please!!! no one listen to such nonesence anymore...

  • hevalan.alsalam aliekum ..i was not talking about clothes.i was talking about the ladies..you brought politics into music.how about kurdish women in syria or jordan.does any body force them to wear scarfs? .im palestenian jordanian.kurds are my brothers and friends.i wish them the best.and i respect them.some times your leaders (and mine)make mistakes.we pay for them.kurds are going to be OK.but the Q is why are iranians and turks fighting kurds?may ALLAH bless the kurds.iranians turks and arabs

  • and the answer is because they are kurds and refuse to become otherwise! as a Palestinian i am sure you can tremendously relate to this concept. it is always good to hear people appreciate you for what you are (even a kurd) however the concept of arab and turk supremacy over kurd is deep embedded in the mentality of the majority. sad but true! as

  • ha ha the arabs , turks and the iranians have not accomplished much to show superiority over kurds. they are all loosers countries and culutre--just look at japan, korea and china-the winners its more repression andmurder of kurds by these people on kurds not superiority.

  • well supremacy often take shape in violence and murder, history it witness to that. and indeed their achievements are not to me praised but what we are doing is rationalising the matter. ask any kkk member or a Turk nationalist and you will realize rationality is not on their agenda.

  • ha ha i am not sure if iran has been so great for kurds. kurds suffer just na much under iranian repression as under turks and arabs. kurds are killed daily and they are deprived of all aspects of basic life, job, education and etc.

  • hear hear...

  • ALLAH ALLAH.. the music is made for heaven..and look at the ladies..they have so much class.ALLAH yehfaz.

  • ha ha what class. these are kurdish women suffer from islamic repression. they have to wear these monky clothes. spare us.

  • And my wife is American and she wears what you call "monkey clothes" by her own decision. I'm not defending Iran, but be careful of over-simplifying things.

  • i have no prblem with arabs wearing it. most kurds have problem with islamic garb. it is simple for me.

  • Dont you see the greek(Hellenic) Acient Theaters in you country? What kind of music did you play there in that period?

Any Kurd and Persian should be proud of this great ensemble & their creativity in music. Such people like Kamkarha and other outstanding stars in Iran should be an example of peaceful coexistence and accord. Thanks again for sharing, and plz keep it up.

  • beautifull kurdish music ... long live kurdistan

  • Kiumars ? I prove you wrong, you are an ass idiot oppressed lonely dog in no man's land

  • Israel is the most democratic country in the Middle East, even Palestinians say that. You Shiite fanatics have noting in life to live for and looking for fighting. You killed Hussain and now cy all your life or him--how much more stupid a sect can be.

The Kurds prefer a wise Jewish friend than a stupid Shite fanatics who destroyed Kurdistan after Shah left.

Down with dictatorships and religious fanatics in the Middle East.

Long-live the friendship of Kurdistan-Israel-America-and Armenia.

  • Violence2 peace, Ameen. I am with you all the way. No one in this world is as vedictive and brutal as the Shiite fanatics. They are combinations of Sadam ,Hitler and Stalin put together and more. Kurds are far open minded than anyone in the region and are friends with everyone but unfotunetly no one let them have peace. Death to Islamist of Iran. long- live peace and friendship of kurds,America Israel,Arminia and the rest of the good people of the earth.

  • Long live humanity, courage of Iranian Nation, their history, language, art and culture and civilisation which is the most valuable. As for you, go to hell soon as you sick mind makes an undeserving case to live amongst the decent people in this world.

  • Go to hell Akhoond lover dead Arab worshiper .Shame on you traitor selling your nation to bunch of fucking blood thirsty molla.you are nothing but piece of living breathing shit.

  • Israel is nothing but a base to watch over the oil wells. Israel and democratic? tell that to 4 million palastanians that have NOTHING. Without homeland, hope in the name of OIL and chosen people. Day to day killing and doing the same thing to palestians than Natzis did to you is not democtaric. Don't forget christians did it to you while 2500 years ago Syrus (Lord Sheperd) saved jews. By the way Kurds are ancient iranians and either sunni, shiats or jew. Go pass divisional crap somewhere else.

  • This music is talking my heart.

    From Greece

  • Thanks for the great comment, brother/sister. I love Greece and the Greeks. Yaso agapimo Elados Helenos!

Long-live the Kurdish-Greek friendship and brotherhood.

    Elefteria for all Kurdistan.

  • Fantastic

  • Superb performance by the Kamkar family of musicians. They are the pride and the best of Kurdistan and Iran.

Peace and freedom to Iran from the hands of the violent Mullas.

  • May God bless the Kamkars. They have spread the great music of Kurdistan around the world. No matter how much the dictatorship of Iran try to supress the Kurds, the Kurds will be free from the Ayatollahs of Iran and Kurdistan will be united. All agents of Ayatollas may go to hell. Freedom for all Iranian people, especially the Kurds, who suffer from Ayatollahs persection. Long-live the Kurdish-American friendship.

  • Long live the Kamkar family and their great Kurdish music. Freedom for all Iran from the hands of the barberic and satanic regime of Ayatollas of Qum.

  • To all persian people around the world! Hugs and great performance by Kamkarah! I watched them performed in Sweden. They are fantastic.

  • stogerov please dont our country persia. our country has only been called persia in the western word. because our greec enemies called us persia during the wars. but we and the hole eastern world called us IRAN. yes our country is called IRAN. and persia is only a province of IRAN.

  • iran is an arabic word, persia at least stands for a great empire, iran stants for one of the most backward states.

  • You are so ignorant, the word iran predates Islam and Arab prominence by millenia. And if u want to call it Persia then you can have your Persia but you can not include Kermanshah and other parts of Kurdistan, Azarbiajan or anywhere else outside of "Persia".

  • " Bani aadam azaaye yek peykarand Ke dar aafarinesh ze yek goharand Cho ozvi bedard aavarad roozgaar Degar ozvhaaraa namaanad gharaar To kaz mehnate digaraan bighami Nashaayad ke naamat dahand Aadami"!!

  • IRAN = The land of Kurds,Pars,Azari,Lori, Balouchi,Afghani,Tajiki,Soghdi,Pashtoun and many others !

We allways called our land IRAN by selves ("Anshan"=prehistoric)!

Persia = Only Pars-province = What Foreigner Called Iran before ! Not relevant today !

Our Enemies aims to divide us by these trix !

Iranian are a mix of whole Humanity and with Arian means They who belongs Iranian Mentality & Way of Living with Respect for Others and a high Moralic & Etical faoundation! Iranian are not Racists!

  • @Bisotun Iran is an arabic word. Period. In 1935 the Iranian government requested those countries which it had diplomatic relations with, to call Persia "Iran," The Shah was an arab lover, his first wife was an egyptian, the nasty fuck, its no wonder he chose an arab word even though it means land of aryans. Of course, Kurdistan is a country unto its own you ignorant idiot, who said it was part of Iran? It is an occupied country yes, but it has a culture, identity and history unto its own

  • god bless every one who sings mowlana poems. mowlana is the god of iranian poetry. he is iranian proud.

  • Persia is a great country with great traditions, pity the world knows so little about you!

  • Also just a little food for thought, this concert was in Tehran, Iran. What I wanted to say about that is some people go around saying that Iran bans people playing music, and that women can not sing or play music well here is proof they can. I know that some are not allowed but my thinking is that maybe if those other people stick to music and not politics then they would be allowed so dont make it about religion in Iran its simply about politics.

  • has anyone ever thought about personal choice? I mean what if people want to wear a headscarf? does it change the person?? I mean come on in todays world why do people want to change everyone either way everyone should mind thier own business and he happy, some people said they are wary of the headcarves they are wearing but how does change what they are playing? they are not political or religous they are just playing music.

  • and i also hate the current iranian's government and the pasdarans, but not the people..

  • i am from turkey.i love iran people, culture, art. and i am worried about thier system of goverment..

in the past time there was a idiom about east(iran). light(sun) rises up east. light's means that civilization..But now i am worry about that.

great people, great history .. we are same....

  • great comment!!!

  • The sun will rise up after a dark night; the night will be the darkest, and the aurora will lighen whole world.

    Thank you for your comment.

    teşekkürler

  • I like the music. The headscrarves make me wary.

    Fuck Islam

  • stop!!! don't insult religion! arabs are bad, not Islam, don't hurt the heart of those whom believe deeply. the turks are not real muslims (go to istambul and you will see a lot of satanists, bitches....) so please don't hurt the poor believers... the kurds must be respectful (except toward turks and arabs), because they know what pain really is
