I know that many people with the x305 model are experiencing similar crashes, with the black screen and sound loop, but I have a lot of information that I have managed to collect within the past few months, this is going to be a long post, so bear with me.Things have gone from bad to worse. I have noticed to make some games stable I need to clock the card down even further. I've been playing half life 2 stable at 396mhz memory and 373mhz core (any faster and it crashes)

no there is no black version, I just bought mine from ebay and it arrived today (im using it right now) its the best looking laptop ever made, its black and red on the inside as u can see, its even curved, the details are like a painted fire on the back u cant see it properly in this video, look at pics on google! its is the best! best laptop ive ever had. trust me its just this video thjat makes it look bad!

yes it only comes in RED, and trust me the Qosmio x300 is the best looking laptop ever made, it also has red lights that u can turn on and off with touch buttons. I got the one with 9700GTS graphics card it was the cheapest model and it runs any game around, most on High detail too! it is a big laptop though, but i can tell u if u buy this laptop u will be very happy with its looks and performance.

You say that the 9700GTS graphics card is the cheapest one , but does it suck ? Because i thought that is was close to the best today... what other graphics cards are there for this Laptop ? and how much are they ? I know that there is the 9800GTS... but is it a lot more different then the 9700 ?

the new qosmio come with dual 9800gts

but the older model came with 1 9700

which is what i have.

You can get other Toshiba Qosmio models in black, but the Toshiba Qosmio X300 series only comes in red

its the best looking laptop in the world, im getting one in 1 week from eBay, ive used one before and it rocks, plays every new game and in Australia its the cheapes laptop with these specs. u can see it looks brilliant!

Better hardware, better CPU, better Graphics card... there are Several Qosmio X300 Notebooks, I have the Qosmio X300 14E, I'm very happy about it, but you have a qosmio of 2800 while you can buy a qosmio of 1400 too... That's the diffirence
