This is DotA.

Defense of the Ancients. This was a Warcraft 3 mod where you could play the heroes and fight against one another to kill the enemy nexus or base.

Also this has nothing to do with WoW and in fact this is not a joke. Also HoN and League of Legends were based on this (HoN being an exact copy). Basshunter must have loved DotA or they probably wouldn't have made this video.
