  • Hi Eric, loved your footage shown above! Have set it to my own composition "Urban Lullaby" and it's now on my YouTube page. Would like to hear your thoughts if you have the time. Gave you full credits etc and a link to your channel. Cheers from Australia! Bill

  • @BillPalmerMusic Thanks Bill! Very nice work on the song!

  • @embrown23 = Cheers Eric! Thanks for the reply. Best - Bill

  • Occupy Wall Street = a bunch of unemployed loons with dreadlocks. Take a shower and get a job, you morons.

  • I say "Let the middle class shrink" the only reason American's have had it so good is because they have been sucking the governments tit for 60 years. Look at China-there's no middle class there and yet they have become the super power of the planet. They have surpassed the US by hard work, not government handouts. I will work with my brothers Cantor, Boehner, and Paul Ryan to end all handout programs (social security, medicare) and encourage tax breaks for job creators.God bless the GOP!

  • DON'T BELIEVE THE TITLE! this is 4:51 of slow motion video. lol XP

  • Disagree message me back

  • I know you can't find a job but why are you standing and complaining about getting one when you can be looking for one during that time and if your not complaining about that then you must complaining about a fair government. I can under stand that but you need to find a job first. None will listen to you without that. Sorry but things won't change by sleeping on government property. I'm not part of this but hard times do happen and I'm joining the military soon. You should to.Support our troops!

  • 1 cop looks like the bad guard from the green mile movie!!

  • 2:13 the guy from the "TOO DAMN HIGH" meme. xD

    but great work!

  • Beautiful work.

Step 2: Stop government handouts to Wall Street by voting for Ron Paul.

    problem fixed

  • @hodoprime ?

  • Huh... What are they protesting against?

  • @TheAnonymousSeeker check the ADBUSTERS website

  • @FalancioCastor

    Not that interested.

  • I feel sorry for those that think this is just some kind of joke. When they come to take YOUR home, YOUR job then you'll care. Until then...I just feel sorry that you just don't get it. A big thanks to all of you that were brave enough to get out there and put yourself on the line, for those brave enough to get arrested and stand up for those of us who couldn't afford to make it out there as we have lost our jobs due to the greed of the few, the 1% who just can't get enough. Peace!

  • Best of luck to you all! Wish I lived in the NYC area to help out, but unfortunately I'm a few hours away and I have high school :L

  • @embrown23 this is absolutely amazing & i wish i could join in.

  • Gay music will almost certainly bring mainstream America around to your point of view.

  • @IP0Monsturd

americans are already around to our point of view

What view are you defending. The governments? Cuz we got Bullets for those asswhipes .

  • @derekhugh 200 losers gather on Wall Street. When the police arrest you, you cry like a woman. Nobody cares. You think too highly of yourself. You are probably for Obamacare which is TOTALLY government controlled. You are freeloaders looking for more "free stuff". Nothing new here.

  • @IP0Monsturd How Many Wall Street Bankers Were Arrested by NYPD After Destroying Our Economy? None. They Were Rewarded $700 Billion

  • CNN (404) 827 1500

    MSNBC (212) 664 4444

  • I would love to see Adam Kokesh and the RT crew there

  • my posts have been deleted somehow here and there. 386 402 8566

  • beautiful video and song by the way. no call except two text to landline messages. joke "meow" and about yahoo and google used as sex terms. funny, yet jabbing at me since i never got a call from anyone else at all. a kat jke and a joke about computer systems that have been messed for anyone getting through to me for years

  • have you realized that the protestors view has been sent through a tunnel by those who are now ignoring them. there is not media coverage so that the media does not loose power of persuation over the public, and the media has told them what they want to know and nothing else, the information might be public, but it is not shown unless it is revealed to the common people by their major source of information

  • youtube.com/watch?v=Xc9r9PAnRrU&NR=1&feature=fvwp

  • excelent job, amazing video. thank you

  • Good video but your description has "Democracy" that is false! WE ARE A REPUBLIC! I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands. One Nation Under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All!

  • From Spain and now in Europe (Indigned Mouvment) to the middle east, Africa,... more and more demands for participation and justice are being heard throughout the world. We are all sensing the need for a new kind of world. Nothing can for long halt this progress. GLOBAL REVOLUTION NOW!

    SHARING=JUSTICE=PEACE!

  • Clearly this is another example of why these violent protesters have to be forcefully removed and treated like terrorists. Anyone feeling differently will be arrested by the thought police.

Now, don't watch this. Watch TV. Consume. No independant thoughts!

  • beautiful!! inspirational!!

  • Protesting does nothing. Just a bunch of teenage hippies shouting with signs and masks. Sorry to say but thats the truth.

  • @JasionJones I have to disagree. They are not hippies they are young college kids who have nothing and are angry as hell. Hippies/Baby Boomers had the WW2 generation to lean on and supply them with drugs and take care of them. Gen Y and Millenials have no one to lean on. About the protest maybe not, but at least they have the balls to get out there and try and do something.

  • Beautiful, you caught the moment !

  • "dissenting" criticism, kiddo. glad we could share this freshmen-level sarcasm.

  • @nickname303 If the best you can do is point out my mispellings, go back to the drawing board. Better yet, go back to class. When you figure out that spelling correctly isn't the sign of a good education or ability to think critically, then we can have a conversation.

  • "dissenting" criticism, kiddo. glad we could share this freshmen-level sarcasm

    .

  • Best video I've seen so far!!! Nice job. Keep it up.

  • Good luck from England, the banks and politicians here are just as fucking bent!

  • Thanks for filming Eric. You are very brave to share this beautifully shot poignant film.

  • Love this!

  • Nice upload man. Respect.

  • The time is now, respectively each one of you who views this should spread this video to five (5) other people. Use technology and the means of communication to our advantage. No more waiting. Like this and favorite this video, then spread it like an epidemic, wild and free!

  • If you abolish the state, you can abolish wall street. Revolution anyone?

  • @Jeremy12three

    You know it.

    Smashie smashie.

  • The song is "The Healer avec Modlee (Badu remix)" by VLOOPER: vlooper dot bandcamp dot com

  • @embrown23 Such an amazing song...

  • What is this actual song name?

  • Unedited?! Man this was flawless, you captured the movement beautifully and produced something that stirs. This might just be a piece of history.

  • LOSERS! you accomplished NOTHING! and it makes me laugh... LMAO

  • seven losers dislike this vid!!!

  • The person who made this video and it's description was clearly not fully paying attention to the composition of the crowd or its message, or at the very least he would not have included a person insulting the entire nature of the procession at the very beginning of the video at 0:04

  • @SwordSpiritNT I suppose its a little redundant to reply to myself but now that I've seen the whole thing - that person is in there 3 times. It looks like he stuck around 'cause he had a lot of fun at their expense, and I would have to question why the editor of this video chose to showcase this person as an actual demonstrator with serious concerns. Having a little difficulty support or justification, perhaps?

  • @SwordSpiritNT you think that the sign is insulting everyone? how so?

  • @embrown23 Well it seems to me that the person holding that sign largely thinks you're all trust-fund babies. I believe he is ridiculing the notion of this get-together to annoy 'the man,' by virtue of that they are largely young and middle-class, and could have only gotten there (and can afford to stay there) by the help of the perks of the system they claim to want destroyed.

  • @SwordSpiritNT yes, people should only be moved to participate in politics when they are too malnourished to raise food to their own mouths. good point.

  • @nickname303 yeah, and people who have descenting criticisms all believe in selective particicpation in politics. Your freshmen-level sarcasm is noted, and returned. The question is this; should their cause be taken up by people whose very existance revolves around the comforts and convieniances provided to them by the system they're railing against? Even then - how are they railing against it? They're not. At this point it just looks like a social gathering.

  • @embrown23 Furthermore, I think he has a point. I don't see anyone here left destitute by the system, crying out for help. I see a lot of McDonalds, pizza boxes, fancy electronics, and designer clothes. The person at 0:09 has a freaking iPhone for crying out loud. Need anyone be reminded of what these things reprisent?

  • @SwordSpiritNT 1 in 6 are in poverty in USA. Our food is the worst in the world. The poor are slipping away.

  • @stellabelle How is this sit-in about that? My comment wasn't about the situation of the poor, it was about the situation of these people who are not poor. Who are likely accepting 'donations' in the form of capitalist American dollars to sit in the park and eat pizza.

  • gotta do the slow mo thing to make it look like somebody actually showed up huh LOL

    libtards are funny

  • ARREST FOR REFUSAL OF TARPS OVER COMPUTER???? WHAT ARE THE COPS THINKING???? ........................AS IF PEOPLE CAN NOT BE ON A BUS AS A PUBLIC MEDIA GROUP........TO PROTECT THEIR COMPUTERS EITHER ..............LIKE THE MEDIA DOES?

  • Bloomberg is a Zionist Supporter and with many in congress the people of America have to wake up from there slumber! Enough is Enough!

  • ITS STILL GOING YOU MUST-------)>_ CONTINUE AND AMMEND THIS IT IS STILL GOING VIOLENT ARRESTS THIS MORNING FOR REFUSING TO REMOVE TARP FOR COMPUTERS

  • Young people in the streets never changed anything -except for waking the public up to the War In Vietnam and perhaps led to Nixon's resignation.

Let's get some more arrests - like Geithner, Like COO of Bank Of America, Presidents of Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, AIG, Bernanke, Paulson and Kashkari

  • @SethPublisher Young people in the streets deposed two Arab dictators and counting... plus the Velvet Revolution in Czechoslovakia, the Rose Revolution in Georgia, the overthrow of Slobodan Milosevic in Serbia, the Orange Revolution in Ukraine, and the revolution in the American South called the Civil Rights Movement. I do agree we need some criminal accountability for the fraud that continues to be perpetuated on American taxpayers & homeowners- only accountability will prevent instability...

  • ...I shit on these protesters...

  • @corksterism What a loser...

  • ...what a bunch of losers,...I hope the satellite takes out a couple hundred of these dickheads...

  • this was a fashion show for bored hippie wannabes

  • what a joke and epic fail, 1000 people at the most

  • A low key demo compared to European ones lately.

  • @FunkMan53 Well, Europe is changing more than the US and we're closer to the fires in the middle east.

But more importantly, New Yorkers are more pious workers than us.

Many Americans are generally more masochistic about work, because they believe it will get them somewhere... in this life or the next.

The old world is more individualistic and pessimistic about working for a boss, and we have stronger unions and social movements to support and educate citizens about our rights as human beings.

  • @noxure The Old World is an American fantasy. I've lived in Germany for 40 years and Europe (with a few exceptions) has done really well for itself. The banks here are criminals, like everywhere else. "we have stronger unions and social movements to support and educate citizens about our rights as human beings" Socialism comes from Europe (like the great, single payer medical system we have here). What rights are left for human beings under the Patriot Act? The right to own (but not use) a gun?

  • Thank you for letting America know how their countrymen feel about the unregulated Banking system and Wall Street. We need to outlaw shorting the market to maintain stability in futures market !

  • great video!!! lets make it viral!

  • #OccupyWallStreet Take down the bankers and drag then to the street! These son's of bitches are killing America! #NYPD is violent gang of thugs! #TakeWallStreet

  • @rocdad i have a better idea , lets shoot riot gas into the midst of the idiots and drive them off the street, then put there ass into rikers island and see how much they want to protest after that

  • THE COPS GOT VIOLENT ON ALL THE PEACEFULL PEOPLE!, MAKE THIS VIRAL AND SPREAD MESSAGE OF THE VIOLENT PIG SCUM.

    ANONOPS BLOGSPOT MORE COVERAGE.

ONE KID IS IN CRITICAL CONDITION!

OPERATION BANKER BLACKFAX, SEND THOSE BANKERS YOUR FEELINGS!

  • Only baby boomers who had it all and gave it all away still believe america is a real democracy, everyone else now knows what CORPORATE FASCISM is.

  • THE RENT IS TOO DAMN HIGH!

  • I don't understand these people. They want to allow unlimited amounts of cheap labor to come in via illegal immigration. They restrict oil and gas development which could immediately bring over 100,000 jobs. They support Green Energy which results in higher costs for businesses and individuals....

They continuously support policies that make American businesses not competitive in the global economy, then blame Capitalism for the lack of jobs.

    Am I missing something?

  • @joe1026 Yes you are missing REALITY --- the economy has been very very good and the wealth produce has been hoarded at the top by the elite - get your head out of your butt. The RICH are richer than EVER! They are not suffering - but they want the rest of us too.

If they were stuggling and more and more millionaires were not becoming billionaires - they your whine would make sense but they are not.

  • beautiful action of those people hope they last and grow worldwide. grtz belgium

  • @markskemoto Hi Belgium, if you look at the comments, there are more people in Europe supporting this then in the U.S. This is really not a big protest. There are more people working on one floor of the buildings on wall street then there are protesters.

Additionally, no one knows what the hell they are protesting about. Some people about Vietnam some people about anarchy, some about AIG.

The financial firms paid bag bailout money with interest, they should be protesting in Detroit.

  • @getcarternow

Capitalism is one big pyramid scheme, dontchaknow?

  • just a remark: TimeWarner is rubbing his hands with every guy fawkes anonymous mask sold because they got the trademark on it. Very revolutionary

  • @FTBLN There where probably 5-15 anons. The protest was for Anonymous just stop.

  • It was funny, they were there, but they couldn't figure out a reason they were there. They couldn't agree on a statement to summarize their "protest". So it ended without any real point. Perhaps they just wanted to be in some goofy YouTube video with some backwards played samples? Anyhoo, more power to them for not going violent like most hippie protests usually go.

  • @Anynameoriginal

You are blind to the truth. And this demonstration is far from over.

  • Rise up Americans!!! We should not be manipulated by those Wall St Tycoon Zionists.

  • @beancube2010 Don't forget about the aliens that landed in 1906 and secretly live amongst us.

  • @beancube2010 nazi rouse

  • @beancube2010 What does Wall Street have to do with your hatred for the Jewish people? Leave Racism out of this. Oh wait, the protest was full of hatred, racism, communism, and socialism... Just like Adolph Hitler led the National Socialist Party AKA Nazi Party

  • or Create a video response

Occupy Wall Street Protesters Get Arrested for Public Safety Because Wearing Mask is Illegal watch?v=v-KBdSYYRsg

  • full support from Spain!

  • @pabloguaza Spain a great example of a socialist country gone to hell. hope your solar and wind energy is working out well for you

  • @joe1026 If you still believe that socialism exists in Spain you're so wrong. Politics are under the financial system dictatorship, right or left are the same. We have some good social benefits, as a public health system, and others that work pretty well and allow everybody to live better. Sadly the politics are trying to privatize them, using this crisis as an excuse. I hope you've got enough true information to know that what has caused this WORLD crisis is not socialism, but capitalism....

  • Great footage, retarded cause. If you're gonna be anti-capitalist, you probably shouldn't be showing up to the cause in clothes and a mask that were produced in some multi-billion dollar corporation that just made a buck off you

  • Revolutions always seem to start with the young people. This one seems to be no exception... Egypt... Syria, Libya, now the USA.

It used to be college students on campuses that started revolutions like the one that stopped the Vietnam war.

Since the Kent State Univ. murders of peaceful protestors by the National Guard, and changes in laws, peaceful civil disobedience is NOT allowed on campuses anymore.

The Freedom to protest and demonstrate peacefully.. is it fading away in the USA???

  • @straats Lybia´s revolution dates back to 1969... Today´s so-called "rebels" are not revolutionaries. Tell me who gives you weapons and I´ll tell you who you are: watch?v=ggS1rfYyAYk

  • MAKE IT VIRAL! !!!!

(21 RePosts already via me etc...tittled 'Lovely'! Thanx Eric!)

  • @dezfortytwo you are welcome! thank you so much!

  • I hate seeing "Capitalism failed everyone" because it did not... government failed everyone... corporatism failed everyone... fascism failed everyone... capitalism is the only thing that didn't fail anyone, but helped them the most... I wish people would open up a dictionary once and a while instead of just following the other stupid people and what they say.

  • @l1xx3r we don't need to read what we live my friend...you experience life in dictionaries let us fight for it in real life

  • @malehawk Wow, that is a stupid reply. Many great leaders of revolutionary actions were well educated and many have said things along the lines of know what you are fighting, before you fight it. I recommend you learn something about real life before you add your simple 2 cents. I could easily blame your apparent poor education.

  • Comment removed

  • @killthesender Well for some reason your comment was removed. I disagree with you, reading the entire sign does not show that he agreed. Plus I was talking about the many similar signs that I have seen, and not a specific one.

  • 1:44 "my niggas turn into gods" love Erykah Badu! white people that do the right things are my niggas too. we in it together... #OccupyWallstreet !!!!!!!!!

  • love people protesting something they understand nothing about

  • @bby2102 are you talking about your comment? Speaking of protesting something you know nothing about ;-)

(at least failed to give any substantiation to back it)...

  • Sir - I commend your work here. I too took part and this footage and your description is the definition of nail on the head. Much appreciated - exciting times!

  • @JustKeepAskingWhy thank you so much!

  • Money only has power becouse people still believe in it.

  • @sdbvideo I believe in it,...in fact, i love money,...

  • @corksterism love is a good thing, keep it up! other people? Who cares wright;)

  • Love 4 NY, love 4 newyorkers from Spain. Quite nostalgic after watching your video, rings a bell of all the emotions and intense feelings we experienced in Sol since May 15th. Let the #Spanishrevolution and #arabrevolution become the #worldrevolution!!

  • Wow, what a great video. Well done.

  • well done!

  • I'm sorry but I can safely say that 99.9% of these protesters couldn't even tell you what a stock actually is so they may be passionate, they may be thoughtful, but they don't know a damn thing about finance so don't call them intelligent.

  • @jpmiele50

That's your ONE qualification for intelligence - whether someone knows the inner workings of exploitative Capitalist tools? Reducing everything to dollars and cents is largely what got us into this mess.

They may not be stock brokers or futures speculators, but they understand how the game is played well enough. Informed citizens see Wall St get trillions in taxpayer bailouts while social services are slashed, we see the ever-increasing disparity of wealth, and we know who to blame!

  • awesome! what song is this? i dig it.

  • @ 1:24 is magical!

  • we just need to do what fight club did lol

  • In the background Liberty Plaza.. just awesome

  • Thank you for sharing this. Great music too.

  • magnifico!!! desde españa mucho animo y adelante!! esto es por todos!!! en españa tambien estamos luchando por un futuro mejor!!

  • you must occupy wall street such as we have done in tahrir square in cairo

  • song?

  • @grt05 song is "The Healer avec Modlee (Badu remix)" by VLOOPER: vlooper dot bandcamp dot com

  • I'm impressed with the quality of video. I'm a designer new to video - what camera did you use? I also think the choice of music is excellent.

  • What a complete waste of time.

History clearly shows that if you want anything meaningful changed, guns need to be involved. Pop a few of those greedy crooks and you damn well better believe they'd change a few things.

  • @atlg8or6137 we are trying to CHANGE history, not to do the same thing it taught us. This is a peaceful revolution

  • @JDEBJJJ How charming. Too bad it won't have any effect.

It must be nice to live on Lollypop Lane in the town of CandyCane Mountain.

Come back when you've realized that in the real world, the people in control only change when they have to.

  • @JDEBJJJ You cant change history only the present or the future, but I am wondering what exactly do the protesters want to accomplish. Just trying to understand, in a perfect society how would things work?

  • There is so much smoking because these people hate themselves that their loser lives. They distract themselves from their pitiful existence by causing problems for workers. Change the message to limited government and no bailouts for green jobs or banks, then you'll have a common ground.

  • @lrn2wlk4life

Wow, you have all the answers, too?!

    How do you do it?!

    You're amaaaaaazing.........

  • pathetic protest, the masses do not support the radical left.

  • i sing of solidarity from Israel.

    העם דורש צדק חברתי!

  • So proud of the protesters for taking the high road and remaining non-violent!

  • like the music, but imho it's more fitting to use pure instrumental music... leaves more space for thought.

  • PD: Amazing music
