  • @mrfitness2008 I was just going to say the same thing, lol. He tried to cut it off so we couldn't tell, but that was definitely NOT 300 yards lol. You can even tell that he has an ugly finish. Nice sound and the ball went dead straight.....but that was more like 220-230

  • how do people argue about distance?

you dont know what course they play.

shit here in texas almost anyone can hit it 280-300.

but doesnt mean shit, looks can be decieving.

Is my swing the most powerful? no, but my driver is my club, dont play with off the shelf bs shit either. hit it center of the club face and youd be surprised what easy effort it takes to make a long drive, the smoothest can sometimes be the longest. either way i know how to make my way around a golf course.

  • No where close to 300. The funny thing about these video cameras is you could carry it 200 yards and it still looks like it goes on forever, especially pin those lighting conditions. The swing however is no where near powerful enough to generate 300 yards.

  • @mrfitness2008 wow mr technical well i just checked your youtube channel, and from what I see this guy has a smoother swing than you, obviously somebody is a bit jealous and trying to bring him down - considering that he has 15 likes on this vid while all your vids have 0 likes between them hahaaa just carry on you're obviously not a golf expert the way you play, and your swing is nowhere near as fluent as this guy's. Give it up mate.

  • @mrfitness2008 shut up mate any idiot like you can go on the internet and talk whatever shit you want, this guy obviously hit a great drive and got the flight perfect - some people just don't take kindly to having to watch people on the internet hit a golf ball better than they can, so those assholes like you decide to talk shit, make up shit about their swing etc when they really have no idea what they're talking about.

  • @mrfitness2008 bla bla bla bla okay mr technical take your Bs elsewhere !!!

  • @mrfitness2008 fuck off you can't even see his grip unless if you examined it up close. And look where his whole body is pointing - imagine a line drawn straight at the his toes - the ball follows that exact line, he's aiming a little right. There's different ways to swing a club there's nothing wrong with his swing - I fucking love retards like you going on the internet pretending you're a fucking professional or something. Twat.

  • @mrfitness2008 because you can clearly see the ball go straight in flight, it almost looks like it's floating, that's the flight you want - if you hit it sweet you won't need to put as much effort into making it go the distance.

  • @mrfitness2008 fuck up lol he hit it sweetly and went through it - it's probably 290 - 300 yard drive - you don't need to wing it to get 300 yards only idiots think that - and those idiots rarely hit them as straight as this guy did.

  • @mrfitness2008 its definently 300 + cuz 260 maybe its landing and then rolls 40 yards ++

  • Soo.. what brand are those interesting golfing shoes?

  • @wotcherme Nubrick. They are the runner looking type of shoes :)

  • decent swing but you come abit inside on the backswing

  • @WestBromSte Funny you say that, cos heaps of people have told me I come over the top which I know that I do alot. I'm trying to fix all that. Thanks for the tip :)

  • @andrewlimmusician Well you start inside, and I believe that your body naturally compensates for that which causes the over the top motion most people see on the downswing. Overall a very natural free flowing swing, I like.

  • i carry 210 and 230 if i swing hard now, if i crush it, i hit it 9,023 yards on the carry with 309 yards of roll

  • amazing drive bro. keep it up :)

  • @mrsexyairsoftlover1 Thanks!!

  • i'm pretty sure he just hit the ball over 300, with the new drivers, for fully grown men, it is not that hard anymore

  • I forgot to ask you.....what is your backwing key swing thought?

  • @aspiceno I guess I just try to remember to take the club back long and wide with the driver

  • Nice fucking swang man! I just bought a second hand R9. Will try soon....

  • @aspiceno Thanks bud! You'll definitely like the R9!

  • Your swing is as good as that camera angle

  • @WakaGolfsPar when your right your right i guess..

  • Great drive

  • @Taylormade2k11 Thankyou!

  • My pro uncle has it !

  • Ok, so to clear all this up.. I should of put in the comments that it was a stormy night with a tail wind (which obviously helped), I carried the ball roughly 270 yards and it bounced and rolled 20-30 yards. Secondly, this was my 4th attempt and I hit this shot PURE! The ball came to rest at the back of the range which is 270 metres (300 yards). I didn't carry it 300 yards! I would of put it in the description otherwise.

  • beautiful shot. i got that same club, nice!

  • @Noellerocks99 Thanks!! Have you tried the R11 yet? I'm curious to see the difference..

  • @andrewlimmusician i like the r9 better

  • @andrewlimmusician its my dads now but he dont use it anymore.

  • I imagine that if you;re only using a stiff shaft then you club head speed is maybe a little above average.

Also all this crap with people saying they hit it 300 yards using range balls is bullshit. To hit a range ball 300 yards you'd need a club heads speed above 110 mph and an extra stiff shaft.

    I'll carry a range ball with a very good strike around 280 using a Project X 7.0 X-Stiff shaft.

  • excellent launch angle and ball flight. nice swing!

  • @hafy12 Thanks!! I've fixed my swing since then so I should post another video

  • Wow. Anyone who thinks one can't hit it 300 yards with that launch angle is retarded. This ball easily could carry 280-300. Do yourself a favor and go to a tournament to see how the tour players hit the ball that far with a lower angle then you would think. I believe this guy.

  • I couldn't tell, was that a Draw?

  • @MrCircus177 Yes it was a draw, I have a natural draw. The camera angle is deceiving at first cos it looks like a push/slice, but if you look at my feet alignment you'll see the ball start to draw before it goes out of sight.

  • @mrfitness2008 Hey dick....One drive can be 300 no matter who you are if you happen to get the perfect swing and angle. As well as perfect contact. BTW...only you thought he meant 300 in the air tard

  • damn smack the shiaat out of that ball!

  • Oh yeah, well I'm (insert age here) and my longest drive is (insert fake number here) but I average about (insert another fake number), and I'm a (insert fake number) handicap, so, therefore you suck.

  • @somelikeitsnotty wow, you're good. do you have video of your swing? can i rate your swing? you can rate mine. it's actually the best in the world.

  • Nice!!!!!

  • fuckin monster drive

  • 7 seconds to land. about 300 yards. i like the swing, its very nice. nice small fade, excellent sound.

  • what is your club and ball speed?

  • @youareming Not sure? There aren't any ranges near me that measure :(

  • good drive

  • good swing but widen your stance a little bit. you fell on to your back foot slightly

  • nice and straight mate, good shit

  • I just used this driver on the range today and I hit it 250+ (275 yards) I just love it Im getting it as soon as I can

  • Thanks :)

  • nice shot

  • gosh your a sweater!

  • nice hitting man, i was wondering does 9.5 loft allow you to hit the ball lower? cus the lower the loft the lower flight you have while more loft gives you more flight

  • @nhlmike26 Yes, that's right. This driver has 8 adjustable lofts by memory? I haven't really messed around with the settings to be honest. I keep it on neutral.

  • @andrewlimmusician the loft is a constant but it has 8 adjustable face angles which affects the trajectory and direction, so you can get a 9.5 to have a lower ball flight with the proper face angle.

  • is that a 10.5 or a 9.5??

  • @richardmule79 It's a 9.5 Stiff Flex

  • im gonna get r9 fairway which is better for flex stiff or regular ? im only 13 years old which one is better for me!?

  • @afromusician1 do you swing pretty hard, like fast?

  • @afromusician1 It all depends on your clubhead speed, if you hit the ball far then I'd say go for a stiff flex, if you hit the ball average distance then stay with regular. Thats what I was told..

  • @andrewlimmusician from what i've heard, the flex of the shaft really determines the trajectory of the ball. a shaft with more flex will tend to hit the ball higher than a stiffer shaft. of course, there are tons of other variables, such as swing type/speed, not to mention there is NO UNIVERSAL STANDARD of measuring shaft stiffness. best advice is get fitted. you get (you had better get!) your fitting fee put towards your club purchase, so there's no reason to not get fitted.

  • @afromusician1 since your only 13 i would go with the regular flex, I wouldnt think your clubhead speed is fast enough yet. and you can always get a stiffer shaft in the future....

  • what are the specs of that driver? loft? flex?

  • @ainge148 It's a 9.5 degrees ("Neutral" position), Stiff Flex shaft. It's completely stock. I wanna change the grip though.

  • I also hit it 300 yards... 280 meters I will post a video soon

  • @hugoK1000 Look forward to seein ya vid :)

  • @juaniluco888 Thanks :)

  • I need advice on my swing... its on my channel!

  • @baseballjock30 It's a nice smooth swing you have there bud. I guess if you wanted any advice maybe you could keep your back more straight? It's something I was told by a friend who had lessons cos I had a similar posture before. I'm no teacher by any means but yeah..

  • @andrewlimmusician i actually have been told that by my high school coach thank you very much for your help... ill give it a go and let you know how it helps

  • @baseballjock30 No probs at all. Look forward to seeing more of your vids :)

  • gorgeous drive bro..

  • @chipandbenjiskate Thanks bud!

  • good yes 300 yards 100% no looks like 220 at most

  • @steamingpoopfart - English...??? But let me tell you now, I hit my 3 Hybrid (19 degrees) 225 yards :)

  • @andrewlimmusician i hit m3 hybrid 240 and im a pretty long player myself and that sure didnt look like you had the swing speed to even carry that ball 275 so the only way that reaced 300 yards is if the range is made out of concrete

  • @golfndemz21 The ball on this drive carried just over 260 metres and skipped to the back which is 275 metres (300 yards). If you watch you can see how high this ball flight was which is why it only ran about 10 or so metres. I get asked at the course all the time by players how I hit so far with an effortless or "slow looking" swing and it's cause I've been working on getting power with my lag (hips and wrists) and it seems to be working. I'll post another video with a better angle this time!

  • Nuh it was dead straight! I thought that too when I watched it back but if you look carefully, it's just the camera angle :)

  • looks like you sliced that one...

  • Thanks for the comments. I'm just working on more upper body rotation :)

  • You are getting through the ball well, nice lower turn and you have that 45 degree angle at impact.

  • Wow!!!
