It's noticeble how Mameya (the geisha in purple kimono) dances better and more gracefully than Takamaru. Of course Mameya is older and more experienced.
The music "Kyo no Shiki", as is the second part I am pretty sure. I know the first 2 maiko are from Gion Kobu, and the geiko I almost want to say Kamichisken. 2 districts would = 2 different dances. But I can't say for sure it's Kyo no Shiki the dance.

The maikos are Makino (blue) and Katsumi.
