It's not my car so I can't be 100% sure. But, he is racing in A-Stock so the suspension should be completely stock.

Well I think the reason he is able to get up on 3 wheels is that fact that the suspension is stock but he's using sticky R-compound tires. The tires are able to corner incredible well...much better than the stock suspension is designed to handle. In other words, the tires allow the car to create more lateral G's than the suspension is engineered for which puts it up on 3 wheels. Stock tires would reach their slip point much sooner and he would just slide through the corners rather than gripping.
