Yes there are a couple of ladies special trains which operate within mumbai city limits during rush hours - that means no men allowed except for may be a couple of coppers. i guess (guys) upto 14 are allowed.-atleast it was so when i was about -13 or 14 yrs old.not sure if its the same now as well. also not sure if this is a ladies special train or just the womens compartment.
