  • @clayton101mac Are you still having problems replacing the ink? If so take the ink back out and close the ink lid. Do a cleaning, but the ink back in, it should work now.

  • WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY They take your money and do not send any ink or printer even though your bank account shows they took the amount! Stay far away!

  • How can I get the printer to accept instructions from Publisher? Or how do I set the printer to print a label designed in Publisher?

  • might be looking at one of these, my trusty r380 gave me the "a printer error has occurred" error today. I believe it is dead.

  • If you just need to print a few lines of text on a CD or DVD, will it still take 2 minutes?

  • This printer is a beast. We have one setup with a CI system and it just prints and prints and prints... @DJ not sure what you mean - you can define the settings in the software, so if you want to "overprint" just expand the margins - however the CD/DVD must be on a special (included) tray and the printer knows it, so there may be internal (to the printer) restrictions based on the tray dimensions. We have had no problems printing "borderless" CDs but there is a slight edge.

  • can it print the entire border?

  • @DJTaqtix There will be a thin white border, you can see it on the video. No way around it.

  • @forinkandmore @DJTaqtix

You can adjust the DVD inner and outer print dimensions so it will print to the whole DVD/CD.. and each DVD/CD has different printable surface sizes (It depends on the brand) so it would be stupid if you couldn't.. but most of the full size printable DVD's (like you were using) have an outer dimension of 118mm and an inner circle dimension of 24mm..

  • I'm going to get this printer for the CD/DVD printing capability!!!
