People are people, there's no changing who we are or what we want to be. To be treated differently because of your appearence is a crime in many ways. Life isn't always fair, which isn't fair at all, but we all live and learn, so why be treated differently when we're all one in the same? Nobody deserves to be stereotyped or treated differently ever. I like this video very much because it gives their reasons for being who they are. This is a wonderful piece of work. Keep it up.

Yes, I'm Emo and I know this'll probably sond dumb to some of you, and you'll want to pick on me but I nearly cried during this video. I dont want my dad to die and this made me think about how it'll be when he's gone. He has tought me almost everything I know. (holds back tears)

you know my father/mother died (car accident) now i just live with my grand mother that doesnt really care of me. and i do understand how you might feel about it... if we're emo we have a reason...

I agree, my older sister was hospitalized for depretion twice last year, and my younger sister and I were just sunk into this level of sadness, we stopped leaving the house, she stopped eating, we even had to be home-schooled.

i have a frend who is just like one of thos peaple. he is EVRY DAY olmost.saying he weres blacke(lie)...(infack he is a very colarful pearson)and thats all......oh and he said he tried cto kill him self becaus he says "emos try to kill themselfs".and he used to think goths cut and kill themselves.and emos wear black.then he talked to my sister who has frends who are emo and she is goth.now he is sayng he's emo and it's anoying

Dude that happens to me ALL the time, they always try to check my wrists it's like just because I'm emo it doesn't mean I self harm.
It's such a stereotype someone cd be a complete girly girl and cut themselves if they were DEPRESSED.. it's not just emos who should be labelled for doing stuff like that
