I used to play WoW, but it bored me, so I quit. I've been looking for a good MMO with that kind of end game again. I got this game on the release date, knew it was going to be like WoW, hit level 50, and then proceeded to go to the end game. PvP isn't to bad, they should have done across servers though so that we wouldn't have to be facing lower levels..

PvE is a joke, they killed bosses on the hardest difficulty within days...I have a game card on my account so if it gets better, ill come back.

SWTOR... I play it, because my friend gave me his account for free because he thinks the game S's the D! Now his account (that i play) just ran out of time, but I got to play it for about a week or so levled to 50 on a Jedi Sage. The game is Trash, PvP sucks PvE sucks and is way to easy, i can solo most Heroic 2's and 2 man ANY Heroic 4's. I die at 5% HP while casting a heal, Game freezez up for about a split second and I'm dead randomly with the heal going off. Id say more but out of text rem

I played it for a good two weeks, gave it a chance, I thought that maybe once I get on a new planet, it'll get better, but once I got to Coruscant I stopped. It's just the same go here, fight these guys, press 1 until you win, then go back and fight the same guys to get your reward. I also played KOTOR I and II multiple times, so I know my shit.

Besides, they never told us about the game before it was published. They had this whole secretive attitude about the gameplay, which seemed a little odd. I think they knew that the game sucked themselves and just didn't want to scare buyers off.

Besides we have had countless "WoW killers" during the years, including Age of Conan, Warhammer Age of Reconing and Rift. All of these games sold like there was no tomorrow, were praised by critics and had a large fanbase. Plus most of them were free to play. And look at the games now. No one barely hears of them anymore, and the playerbase has shrunk.

Played the game it's exactly as shit as Haddock describes, world is boring a bland all the cut scenes are GOD AWFUL, ABORTION LEVEL. I've seen better animation from a 12 year old scribbling in flash I mean some of the shit you get fed in this game is just SO unbearable you actually sit back and go, "They made this, they had a dump truck full of money and I got this." Kotor 3 :'( Bioware left after developing kotor 1 because they didn't want to be lucas art's pet. What do you suppose makes more money? An mmo pulling in monthly subscriptions or a classic rpg. This is where bioware is taking kotor. straight into the ground. They are not going to secretly developed one of the most beloved rpg games again, they are selling out and making a mmo. You mentioned the rail shooter for space combat and how they could've gone the route of Eve online and made a giant space pvp zone. What I don't understand is how you can't fathom that it took the developers of Eve online X number of years to develop that and that Bioware doesn't have that kind of time to focus on a minor part of the game.

@Colest503 The reason they didn't make it a bigger part of the game has partially to do with the previous Star Wars MMO. They had a free-flight space zones people could go to but because a system like that takes so much work to make it deep and interesting, the product that SWG got for space combat was a shallow, empty, rushed tack-on that brought nothing to the table. They weren't going to repeat the same mistake as SWG so they chose this instead.
