Played ball for a long time, never had ankle problems, love Kobe Bryant. But i think it was the SHOES, low cuts are DANGEROUS, stay AWAY. Or you may have to get insurance like the commercial says.

idk.. i guess its cus the soles are unusual.. they dnt cover the whole foot.. made me walk on the sides of my my feet.. so now i lose balance..  plus they made me wlk pigeon toed..call me crazy, but i think these shows were not well made... i think bcus of the lack of ankle protection, they molded the soles to make you lean on the sides of ur feet to create more traction bcus ur putting more pressure to a part of the foot.. u understand?.. well this is so frustrating for me

well basketball shoes made me put more of my weight on my toes, i used to walk on my heels more. then i got shin splints. and then Knee problems, (osgood schlatter). so you do have to understand wich shoes to buy and wear. at least that's what i learned from the shoes i got.

changed the way i walk as if limping all the time, and it seems to me like my legs are always painfull. but since i sat down thought about it. i managed to re-convince my self that i was fine. then i managed to walk normally, and the pain in my ankle and knees went. trust me from experiance it's 95% illusion. so yes you will recover but only if you want to, and tell your self you have recovered. don't keep telling your self damn this is getting worse it's really bad, msn? i might beable 2 help

i have a high cut jordan and i twisted my ankle 9 months ago. so it really doesnt matter, they asked nash, marion and others about that, and they all said that when u land in a wrong way ur screwed no matter what. like most guys in the league have high cuts and use tapes too and still they end up with a twisted ankle.
