I swear it's 200 lbs. It's a 45.lbs bar, two 35.lbs weights and two 45.lbs weights. Unless you can't add that is 200.lbs. Oh my mistake, I mis added, it is actually 205.lbs, and since that video I have been able to do it 6 reps now. I'm not a skinny guy. I'm 6'3 and weigh 230 lbs, and have a body fat percentage of 20% so thats actually 184 lbs of lean muscle.
