use Any video converter, its really fast and works with almost every file format. You can see the icon on my desktop besides the windows live messenger and mozilla firefox.

Ok man its great quality, but to get even better quality, make the video size the size of your computer screen resolution so that you can fill up the Black bars at the end of the video. For Example my resolution size is 1280 by 1024. If you resolution is under 1280 by 720, you should change it to a higher size to get full HD size.
