Hey Emil what is the name of the song at the end of this video?......By the way I have watch many of your travel videos the one to India was the first one i have seen, It is one of my favorites. Thank you for sharing....:)
@humza101 Two ways. If the luggage is big enough, jam it underneath the bottom berth - the tighter, the better, because it is too awkward to steal it that way. Also should chain it down to the train structure. You can buy chains and locks at almost every station. Alternately, if your luggage is small, or you have a small bag with valuables, best bet is to get a top bunk and sleep with it (also can chain it up there). Out of sight, out of mind - top bunk is best for privacy and security.
Actually, samsara, it is a Sanskrita term, used by all. Hindus consider Buddhists a wacky cousin of Sanatana Dharma, which is called Hinduism by Westerners.
i went through de video N de guy was telling dat if you cremate your death body in ganga it will over come samsara N be liberated. It might be Hindu's believe.
But for Buddhism it is totally a scrap, you can't overcome your sin wid your body be burned in Ganga. Ganga is indeed a holly place but whatever one has sinned , is U hv to repay N clean it wid good karma. Even taking dip in Ganga river doesn't take away or wash your sin as Lord Buddha himself told so. U hv 2 clean your sin wid gud deeds
No Buddhist exist it India; sad. Surprisely Tibetan who came from china's invasion to India had brought back the Buddhism back in India. i bow those Tibetan great masters who have couragesly preaching the holly religion of Buddhism. i bow you three time. India is diserve in culture and religion. Hindu is majority followed by muslim, Jainism, Sikhism, and Budhhism, Christianity etc.
@david777726: This is wrong. Buddhists exist in India. I personally know Buddhist people from Assam, in the Indian North-East; there are Buddhist villages there.
let me clear something; people may see Buddhist and Hindu religion are same.
But surprisely they are totally different. They go in different way regarding the philosophy, believe and practice. Bhuddhist believe in enlightment and Hindu believe differs according to their different Gods. Buddhist believe in existance of God but they don't refuge on them: however they refuge for four idols first for Guru who teach Buddhism, To the lord Bhuddha, Sangha: Buddhist community and the buddhist monks.
@XxGJluvsTOKIOHOTELxX i think that was my point. in india there is/was so much cultural blending, no one can say something is exclusively hindu or buddhist.
2 months ago saw this video...and made a comment about the M n M's, also it made me to have Varanasi on my list of places to visit. Two months later today I am writing this from Varanasi itself....
It was great...but I hope it wasn't raining. Neways, I loved that place, unlike you I was traveling all by myself...so the trip could've been better with friends. I was wondering if you still remember the details of the background music you are using here...
Heading for rajasthan in couple of days....with my mom..lol!!

Varanasi could be so much cleaner if people were a little more aware of cleanliness and social responsibilities.
Heading for rajasthan in couple of days....with my mom..lol!!
I got there in a bit of rain...so it what hot and muggy (should've packed one more pair of shorts..lol) Neways a well bargained boat ride along the ghats after few hours of walk took all the pains away....watched the evening prayers from the boat...pretty incredible!! Got some insanely good pictures....and on my last day ended up in a room just over a ghat...very cheap!! Did you ever got a chance to go to the German Bakery there? I cudn't..
Yes a multi million maybe multi billion dollar project to clean the Ganges but you know where the money is gonna end up... It's gonna end up in the Swiss Bank accounts of the Indian politicians so that their next 20 generations can keep sucking the blood of the Indian people with that money. Damn it!
your videos really helped! I'm headin there in about 5 months! :D
