unfortunately for me i wanted a furcoat for christmas one time, i was very young back then and i had no idea about any of this, i thought they hunted the animals, not bred them in vile bloodgutter machine-like systems like some kind of flesh manufacturing plant
i still have the damn thing, since the day i learned of this cruelty i have refused to wear it, alot of money was spent on it which makes me feel even more dirty, just knowing it's there makes me feel worse

How could I have been so dumb? I sought out every bit of information on fur, how animals are raised (this was before China got in on the act) and killed, also how wild animals were trapped (running out of space, continued...)

The same goes for insects, they feed bats, bats feed owls, and owls feed coyote, and I hunt coyote. That is the circle of live, fur farm are a tangent that was never supposed to happen. I'm from Finland and my uncle owns a mink farm. I have worked there for couple of summers and i have never seen anything like this in there. These videos do not show the truth. All of these clips are probably filmed in one or two farms and do not show any of the minks of foxes who are doing just fine and are living in much better conditions. Do not judge all of the farmers because few of them treat their animals badly.

unfortunately for me i wanted a furcoat for christmas one time, i was very young back then and i had no idea about any of this, i thought they hunted the animals, not bred them in vile bloodgutter machine-like systems like some kind of flesh manufacturing plant
i still have the damn thing, since the day i learned of this cruelty i have refused to wear it, alot of money was spent on it which makes me feel even more dirty, just knowing it's there makes me feel worse

How could I have been so dumb? I sought out every bit of information on fur, how animals are raised (this was before China got in on the act) and killed, also how wild animals were trapped (running out of space, continued...)

The same goes for insects, they feed bats, bats feed owls, and owls feed coyote, and I hunt coyote. That is the circle of live, fur farm are a tangent that was never supposed to happen. I'm from Finland and my uncle owns a mink farm. I have worked there for couple of summers and i have never seen anything like this in there. These videos do not show the truth. All of these clips are probably filmed in one or two farms and do not show any of the minks of foxes who are doing just fine and are living in much better conditions. Do not judge all of the farmers because few of them treat their animals badly.

I couldn't watch after 0.16. I will always rescue animals, always help those animals that are suffering and always be their voice. Only a few will be saved because of me, but they will live without abuse, that's a few that I made that difference for.

They are all horrific, especially if you happen to be inside the cage. Animals can anticipate danger, they are not as dumb as we once conveniently thought. The worst feeling animals (including us) can experience is that of being trapped, with a sense of impending doom.

@Lupen2022 I have to agree on a few of your ideas. I don't think that Native Americans and Eskimos are evil, because they do it out of need, and put nothing to waste. They also don't over-hunt them, they actually help balance. And the animals are not tortured.
But no, the fur trade is corrupt. People in today's society only use as a sign of wealth. Animals should not be kept in these conditions, let alone killed for their fur. It is sick, greedy, and unneeded.

These poor animals, it breaks my heart to see Gods creatures treated this way, i wish there were laws all over the world to protect them, how could the people who care for them not feel bad? They are not kept in humane ways, they should have vets comingin to check them regularly and such. It also has nothing to do with Intelligence because if it came to intelligence and survival of the fittest u probably would have been skinned already and the chinese would love you because u would be their dinner. hahaha stick that in ur pipe.

Those animals were probably poached down for example your tiger and white lion pelts. They were dragged around and had their fur ripped off of them so a social retard like you could have it to make yourself look better. Its not the fact we hate the fur, its everything that is done to them, and if they were living in proper conditions and euthanized and not butchered. Have it government sanctioned so that they are by the books and kept well like our cattle and chickens and such.

I hate these PETA supporting dumaasses, the death is fairly humane and this is just the way nature works. Smarter animals use lesser animals to live, whether it's for food or for (what I believe to be) the world's best garment material (whether you're atheist or religious) there isn't really anything wrong with this.
