Can someone please explain this to me? What is the diffeence between Hellsing Ultimate, and the other Hellsing that had the 13 episodes? It seems like alot of characters that were killed in the 13 episodes are back, and some of the story lines are the same. I just don't get it.

The OVAs and the series diverge storywise. The OVAs follow the Manga pretty directly, so there should be ten of them. Compare this to the 13 episode series, which, to be honest, is nowhere near as good.

I have to agree with your constructive criticism there. The remix of that Fight Song version was plainly annoying and there was no real freedom here, just copied clips from the OVA. At least not with a subbed version but raws as to avoid the first nub trap at least. Try to mix scenes more, it's like rewatching the whole EP. There are so many scenes that can be used in a good way if you keep it short. The AMV is too long in general.
