If its not too late, right click on the Theme Changer, go to properties. Go to the 'Compatibility' tab and run it in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2) and also run the program as an administrator.

First i got an error so then the popup window showed it was very small..

BuT :D i found out how to solve the problem.

> properties > compatibility > disable visual teams > disable dsekto composition > disable display scaling on high PDI settings

If you have VISTA MAKE SURE YOU:

RIGHT CLICK-> RUN AS ADMINISTER on the RuTheme.exe file.

-I think its not working with Vista

-The Link works also the one for the Pic

-You dont need ANY account anywhere

-You copy the Rutheme file wich you unpacked
