I am an admirer of Prof. Shiller and I work out experimental test of his theories to design new financial products for the poor.

I'd like to hear Shiller explain why entrepreneurs believed that the economy was doing poorly. Why didn't the majority of businessmen believe that the economy was doing poorly in 1925? Entrepreneurs need some stimulus to believe that the economy is sound. If businesses are going bankrupt and people are getting laid off, it might be foolish to make investment purchases.

Professor Shiller is great. His book, Animal Spirits, which he wrote with Akerlof is a great read. Extremely interesting and enlightening. Would recommend it to anyone.

Prof. Shiller hat die Volkswirtschaftslehre sehr stark weiterentwickelt. Es muss ein riesen Privileg sein, bei ihm als Student studieren zu können. Er ist aber nicht nur ein toller Wissenschaftler. er ist auch ein sehr angenehmer Mensch nach meinem Eindruck. Ich hoffe wir werden noch viele Videos von ihm sehen können.
