These people inhabitated Greater Britain, The Island of Modern Ireland, Brittany (thats the north-western corner of france), and Normandy. The people were conquered by the romans. Years later vikings came to the the Britains and were shifted into the population bringing their own traits into the people. These people were known as the Gaelic. cont.

@DanMarik i know there were people living here before the roman conquest i know about the roman conquest i learn't about it at school and the normans at school but they left the anglo saxon period out no alfred the great or athelstan,no athelflaed or edmund iron side or hereweard. shame really cause that is my favourite period all they did was teach about just the one battle in 1066 not fulford nor stamford or the English resistance like Hereweard and Edric the wild.

@redcoatsrule Before you get your panties in a bunch the introduction of the vikings had been happening for centuries. (Saxons, Angles, Danes, Gotlanders, Jutes, and the many norweigan clans.) After the fall a few gaelic countries sprouted up in england but were eventually conquered by a Saxon king.

Not 60 factions. Some factions has historical events, for example: Norway, Denmark and Sweden can merge into one faction, the Kalmar Union. And modders has prepared flags for all that faction and unions. ;)
