I'm from Brazil and I tried to flash my SE W980 (bought in Portugal - Vodafone unlocked) but I got a error message during "preparing GDFS" step. It says "data not found" then it says that flashing has fineshed and I should restart my mobile. But when it starts, appears a message in the cell phone which says "configuration error. contact your cell phone operator." (traslanted from brazilian portuguese!)

Hi can you please help me. My w980 screen is not switching on , the keypad lights up. It's a software problem I need to flash it, HOW? and where do i find free firmware for it?
@xxGuItArGiRLxx89 Hi. If phone can be detected by PC you can use WotanClient2 to update firmware and it might fix your phone. It's not guaranteed since you can have hardware issue etc. We are not repair service.
