  • Okay, why is the music sooooo loud!!!!!

  • Can you turn the music down?! It is too hard to understand the words clearly. From some one who does not fully understand the terminology, it would be helpful if i could hear the words clearly.

  • Can someone lower the background music? Some words were hard to understand.

  • great video.. but the music wz too loud..

    thanks alot xx

  • It's a beautiful video but there are some things which aren't correct according to my literature. Immunoglobulines/antibodies don't kill bacteria directly, they just cover them so they are more easily destroyed by fagocytosis. NK cells aren't T-cells, but they are lymfocytes according to my literature. Though, their progenitor and the progenitor of the B-cel are the same: the lymphoid cell.

  • listen to the course but not the music. These informations can help you to understand little things but worth living

  • fuck that background music

  • he is correct, NK cells are not a type of T cell...thats a pretty big error to make. Does anyone know of any other helpful immunology videos?

  • @rsmithers7878: He is NOT CORRECT, and the original video IS CORRECT. The NK cell is a variant of the cytotoxic T cell! Try not to speak of what you know not about.

  • @rsmithers7878 Yes, the NK cell IS a type of T cell.

  • Enter you text here

  • The video looks great and very helpful, but I was wondering is there any way you can adjust the volume on the soundtrack s it is making it difficult for me to hear the voice of the speaker please.

  • @ interna1beauty. You are thinking of a regular NK cell, which is not a type of T-cell. However, there is also an NK T-cell, which is so named because it has both properties of T-cells and NK cells.

  • please lose the music!

  • Amazing video. Makes you want to do more for your body, because it does a plethora of things for you. People always take it for granted.

    X

  • Intelligent, powerful and large army the human immune system is! Unfortunitly HIV is just a little more clever and decimates this grand army!

  • alll of you are wrong...the video is right..natural killer cells are really a type of T cells

  • good music and visualization but the narration should not be suppressed

  • This music is so fucking distracting. I can hardly hear the narration.

  • lol the beginning of the music sounds like some weird remix of the x-files

  • The background music kind of scares me..

  • @StrawPipe kinda like the x files

  • I think it's an outdated documentary.

  • who are you???

  • @success4now nk t cells do exist but its not atype of t cells

  • hey "interna1beauty"were r u 4m...ur awesome......u r pretty gud at it.....and i too gt da same doubt wen i was viewin it.....ur really awesome......

  • T and NK have a common progenitor in the thymus, although most NK's are derived from the bone marrow. You can regard NK's as the "cousins" of the T cells

  • I understand you're point.. It is a bit misinformative. Making it seem as though all NK's are T cells.

But you're also wrong, Natural Killer T cells do exist.

Don't believe me just search NKT cell i any search engine.

  • @interna1beauty NK cells are a type of T lymphocyte. These lymphocytes bridge the innate and adaptive immune systems.

  • @interna1beauty Thank you for this. I cldve watched this video and failed my test!

  • @interna1beauty

    you got that right .

  • @interna1beauty I'm going to flag it as inappropriate.

  • @interna1beauty With all due respect: Firstly thanks for your concern. Secondly; Immature NK cells (iNK) can derive from several pathways, including; direct differentiation from early thymocyte progenitors ETP, via DN2a (a stage in T cell development) or from NK cell precursors (NKP) that seed the thymus.

Also current research provides evidence that these NKT cells share all of the fundamental characteristics of the adaptive immune cells.. :) things are changing pretty fast fellas. keep it up

  • @interna1beauty thank you

  • @interna1beauty - YOU are the one who is wrong. The NK cell is a type of cytotoxic T cell.

  • dunno if its my laptpo but canny hear the speeker over the music ¬_¬

  • Best part of science in my opinion.

  • the music is way to loud

  • Exactly what I thought, good vid otherwise though.
