the reason they didnt use wi fi is because miyamoto wanted for you to see the player that was with you instead of a stranger because it wouldnt work but that said i didnt really care i actully liked the camera angle and cahos. the graphics were improved from the origanal new super mario bros so there are no 2d cut outs and looks better.

I think the multiplayer is ok, just to play with your friends who havent played the game yet, so everybody can enjoy it... its fun the first levels, but I think nobody is gonna enjoy it so much that they will actually go through all the game allways with 4 players, as the wiiviewr said, its frustrating if anyone of the players is terrible playing. So I think the multiplayer is just a plus for the single player mode, If you buy this just for the multiplayer... its not worth it

You can beat it in a day or space it out to beat it in a weekend. I got this game for Christmas and beat it by 12/27. Still working on getting the Star Coins in order to access World 9: Star World. The game is easy, but has a replay value. So, it is a definite buy.
