Haha well I didn't "put" them there, that's just where my eyelashes (and most people's!) grow. I tried to white them out but my eyelashes are a) long and b) dark at the roots, so it was difficult.

Although I completely agree, if I was actually going to do this for Halloween I would probably take fake eyelashes and put them around the lower edge of the red. I think petrilude suggested that. :) He's a smart man.

It's Prestige liquid liner in Big Teal, but I think a pencil is better/more hygienic for your water line (I'm just a rebel). I think any color that matches your iris would work.

Yeah I think I liked how it turned out too! A bit of a bitch to keep it straight and sticking on but I think the effect was worth it. And I'm glad I got to put that broken bangle to good use.
