@laxxer32 THIS! I'm a little biased though, although I definitely like the styling of the new Challenger. What kills the Challenger for me though is the fact that it weighs as much as a luxury sedan, which of course affects all aspects of performance. If the car weighed 3600 lbs or less, it would be a lot tougher decision.
You should get this. Corvette is not only cheaper but faster and lighter as well. C5 Corvette is defently a better deal, plus you don't have to worry about brand new car cost...
@adornobunch If you're looking for a first car, and if it has to be a Corvette, I would highly recommend either a late C3, or an early C4. Drive that car around for a few years to get a feel for the power (or the lack thereof), then step up to a C5. I would not recommend anything with an LS1 for a first car, plus you'd be a lot less upset if you wrecked a high-mile C4 than a super nice low-mile C5 like this one was. You'll appreciate the C5 a lot more after driving a C4 anyways.
My parents just bought this car from you guys, and I took it for a quick ride during lunch today- fantastic. I will be smilling the rest of the day. You're right, looks fantastic in and out. It's still sinking in that I actually just drove a vette... thanks for facilitating the sale!
You guys ended up with a really nice one -- almost convinced my father to buy this car, and he's by far the pickiest car buyer I know. Low miles, all the options, and a 6 speed, C5 coupes really don't get any better than that. Congratulations on your purchase, and hope you enjoy it!
MAN! I didn't see ANY de-lamination ANYWHERE!
