  • I own the full line arrays and shit you not, these speakers are the sickest and lightest, so easy to set up and tear down, smooth sound nice feqs!

  • Anyone own or had a chance to hear/use the new Mackie HD1801s? I have never been a fan of their gear in part due to the frequent reports of problems and failures. But, I need a pair of pwred subs to compliment my QSC K12s and the QSC KW181s are just to expensive for me. Someone has commented to me that the HD1801s are not nearly as punchy/tight as the QSCs but there are none in Canada at the moment so no way to check them out. Also hoping the EAW design will impress me. Thoughts?

  • @Bedfordsound

    no i never heard dem

  • I have a pair of Mackie HD1521 for less than a year.

Both are in the shop for repair now. One has a blown LF, and the service tech. is still trying to figure out what's wrong with the other speaker. Seems like Mackie's quality & reliability has gone done the drain. NO MORE MACKIE FOR ME.

  • @djthomasphan

  • Sounds like you have you system dialed in nicely, great video.
