Umm..first of all, you all need to get an education. Cough drops do not make meth, it is Sudafed that does and an ID is required to make a purchse for that.2nd, this guy did not "rob" Walgreens.These coupons are like money to the stores as they sent them in go get the full 1 dollar back plus couple cents in handling fee.This bodes well for both this guy and Walgreens.Even the company making cough drops did well as they hope you like it and buy it when its not on sale so sucker is always consumer

just for everyones information, its not considered "robbing" walgreens, since walgreens will turn in the coupons to the manufacturer and be reimbursed for the price of the product PLUS sales tax. So in the end Walgreens made money off of YOU.

Wow. First on the hating: THE STORE GETS REIMBURSED FOR THE COUPON. Say it with me: he uses a $1.00 coupon and Walgreens sends those in for *gasp* $1.08 ( the $1 and a "handling fee"). Couponing is not about not being able to afford something - it is about saving on what you can to buy other stuff.

Learn how to be a polite cashier, because shopper's despise rude cashiers. Oh, do you even KNOW Walgreen's coupon policy?

You can use a coupon that exceeds the cost of the product, you (the cashier) would have to manually adjust the price to the cost of the product. Read your store's coupon policy! This is what is done at walgreens, so if you forget to adjust the price then YES you can be fired but it would be because of your negligence, not the customer who used the coupon!

I also work for Walgreens and yes, people like this are jerks for holding up lines and clearing our shelves of product so that no one else can get it. When that happens, the next person who wants one gets pissed at us for not having product that's in our ad, that's the reason why there is a LIMIT!!!

First of all coupon shoppers are Genius! Not every coupon shopper hoardes the shelves. Your store advertises FREE what do you expect. Walgreens makes money off those products and coupons. I would never hoarde the shelves and some that do also donate. If you could get free food are you saying you wouldnt get it?
