@talhahassan27 Never do it on your own until you feel comfortable enough. You don't want to get hurt. Join a gymnastics gym or a martial arts club to help you. Other than that: strech your back by going into a bridge position to improve your flexibility. Practice a lot of handstands. Jump over high obstacles.
@emilwestin thanks man l can do a good bridge position l try to do this at home but when l try to do a backhand spring l get so nervous and scared that l cant rotate my body enough. Also there is no gymnastics club in Bangladesh :(( neither any martial arts club :( so l try strecting etc to get flexible on my own be seeing videos
@talhahassan27 When you do it, throw you hands as fast backwards as you can and look back the whole way until you see the ground. The trick is to jump back AFTER your arms have passed your head, in other words when the arching begins. I also have some problems with that, i need to spot the ground faster. It's also a lot safer to see where your landing. Keep practicing and post a video response of your progression!
@emilwestin and one more question l will send u a video of my progression later ok when l can find my body rotating and l want to ask u something l will throw my arms back as fast as l can and l look back and jump?

@bmxoxo1103 Get a spotter to help you, that will give you a lot of confidence. Practice on soft surfaces. :)
