I believe if the Plaintiff would've told the truth and not bring the pity party, the Judge wouldn't have pulled her record. I have a friend, He has 5 felony convictions. He has been sober for 4 1/2 years and is almost done with probation, and will have the opportunity to expunge a couple of those convictions! So you can rehabilitate, but this chick has too many excuses and blames everyone for everything.

It's harder for a clean man with no no criminal history, a job, a nice car and his own house to get 100% custody of his children than a crackhead drunk mother (at least where I am from)

@jpm8921 Thank god in the last few years, at least in Canada, the courts have begun to pull their heads out of their asses and realized a man can raise a child that turns out to be a good person. that wouldnt have been the case with my "dad" and I think the courts mad a better choice.

Let alone the many nightmarish things that could have befallen someone who is little more than a baby! This is dreadful! It made me feel ill thinking about that drunken, criminal trollop abandoning her child in a parked car so she could go party. The only shining light in this whole sorry saga is that she hasn't had custody of her kids for two years. Hopefully she never will get them back because she's not fit to be entrusted with them.
