Thank you! I hope you do well on your mission. I'd like to mention that it is very true that companies like Bechtel get paid instead of the people to rebuild projects. So most of the money is sent to these contractors. Example, a road was to be built for in Kabul. Estimated cost $300,000.000. The U.S. gave the contract to Becktel for $1million. Becktel paid a Pakistani company $300,000.00 for the project. Pakistani contractor paid a small afghan company $100,000 to do the job. LOL..WTF
