For example, I had been getting 95%s on my tests this year, then I got a 100% and my teacher wrote "this is the kind of test I expect to see." Not in front of the class or anything. Also, I don't know how things work where you are, but where I come from, if you didn't specifically sign up for advanced math, you don't take it. Simple as that.

In regards to the math thing, I'm gonna have to side with the teacher. In my advanced math class at school, there are a number of students who have no business taking that class, yet they're in it anyways. They have no business being in the class because they barely understand the basics of mathematics, and they slow down the class by getting the teacher to go over things far too often. If you can't keep up, you shouldn't be in the class to begin with.
