Star Trek New Bridge upgrades

Star Trek was Milked to ohard and Too Fast. the Creative Forces behind it were Drying Up, which is why the Desperately and radically tried to make each show as Different as Possible from the Other.

Enterprise was Full, and Full of Mistakes. the People behind closde doors got too Greedy and Overconfidaent and thought, heck, we will never get cancelld. Well ,Surprise !~ Voyager had tons of flaws too. and i mean Tons. A Woman Captain in the Violent Delta Quadrant was an awful Error. MEN

@Roadracer987654321 There is so much to disagree with you about.  Imagine a television series that is as complex as Trek, has as many new characters appearing on each episode as Trek, with the level of sci-fi technology as Trek, spread out over as many years and incarnations as Trek.. that is NOT Trek.. can you think of even one? The closest i can think of is Doctor Who.. and how many mistakes did that show have? Just as many. Trek suffered from too many different writers.

@Roadracer987654321 --> and while i guess your devotion to 'MEN' being in some way superior to women?? is absolutely your own sexist opinion and you are completely welcome to it. i could easily point out how many times Captain Picard surrendered, and how many ships he lost, how many times Captain Sisko was too entangled with being 'the emissary' to take command, and how many crew members died serving under Captain Kirk. Captain Janeway is stunning in comparison.

I know people working on Phase 2 worked hard for those new displays but I think it's a crime to upgrade such a perfect replica of the original bridge.

I've been a trekkie since the mid-70's. What I still don't understand is why do the people that mafe the fan films insist on using well known characters? Use the same time frame, but create a new story with new characters and a different ship. After all, Starfleet doesn't consist of only 1 ship and crew!

@admstacks We have equal tenure :) I think the diminishing returns from TNG-DS9-Voyager-Enterprise might shine light on that. Over-saturation of Trek at the time was a major culprit of course, but a new ship/crew in the same era as the beloved TNG didn't help Voyager at all. I do love your idea though, especially if the stories revolved around a crew comproised entirely of them green Orion girls.

I like how the bridge consoles seem to making a transition from the version we saw on the Original Version to the technology we saw in The Motion Picture! Charles needs to work on the accent, though.
