  • Umutoni125 .Nkunda is a Tutsi from Congo and not from Rwanda.There are different types of Tutsis in each country thatmakes the Great Lakes region.Are you goiing to blame President Kagame for the dids of every Tustsi in that region?Rwanda has got its own Tutsis,and so is Burundi, Congo and Uganda.Evry one is responsible of their own Tutsis.
